Create memories at our lakefront cottage with private beach and dock in the heart of the ADK Mountains. Lake and mountain views greet you from large picture windows. Located just steps from Lake Pleasant Golf Course and close to Camp of the Woods, this property is also near hiking trails, groceries, dining & shopping as well as being on the "sunset side" of the lake. Aluminum dock, kayaks, canoe, SUP &paddleboat provided, as well as all linens, Beekman 1802 toiletries and well stocked kitchen.

Amazing Tree House on Black River Near Old Forge

A rustic unique Tree House on the Black River was designed for adults only who are looking to be off the grid and connect with Mother Nature...Glamping at its best! The very private Tree House is perched on a hill overlooking the peaceful river. The quaint seven sided treehouse has five sides of glass and screens to view the river. This is built around trees but you enter from ground level. A power pack is available to charge cell phones and make coffee. Relax by a campfire at river's edge.

Moose River Loft - 2nd fl on the water Old Forge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located on the quiet Moose River, just outside of busy Old Forge. This is a 2nd floor apartment with a full kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom with a queen bed and full bath with a tub / shower. At the waterfront yard you can drop your kayak in at the dock, sit in the hot tub, have a campfire, take a bike ride or you can just sit in an Adirondack chair to watch wildlife. From Fall hikes, Winter snowmobiling & skiing, Spring and Summer kayaking, canoeing, fishing, and biking. This area will keep you busy! Or, just relax on our backyard patio and enjoy a cozy fire. This region of the Adirondack's has so much to offer. We have plenty of parking and lake access is just a short drive away. Enjoy what we have come to love!

Perfect for nature enthusiasts!Adorable studio guesthouse for 2 people...no pets, with full kitchen, wifi and direct tv included. Located in the Village of Speculator, a beautiful place in the heart of the Adirondack Park. Right on the snowmobile trail. Kayakers can shove off from the lake right located nearby. Restaurants, pubs and a local grocery store minutes away. The cabin is perfect for 2. A third person will add a 25.00 per night fee. Due to allergy reasons we can accept no pets.

The "Mellow Moose" cabin is a quiet and peaceful retreat in the woods. Spend the day exploring the region or simply relax in nature. Afternoons are great for reading a book as the sun shines through the large living room windows. Relax on the screened in front porch for a quiet evening and a drink. Or enjoy a campfire and watch the sunset through the trees. Use this as your home base for a ski trip or take a trip to Schroon lake, Brant lake or Lake George. (Roughly 30mins)

Sauna, Private Chef, & Walk to Village

Guests love the sauna, private chef brunch or dinner, espresso maker, stocked kitchen, and everything you need for a campfire under the string lights. Walk to the village and sandy beach on Lake Pleasant (.6 miles). April is a slower month with restaurants and businesses shifting their hours. We will provide each guest with a local guide to let you know what's available. It's a great time to schedule Chef Justin for a Private Chef Brunch or Dinner (or both).

Cool country home, Linda’s Studio

Linda’s Studio is the lower level, with a private entrance (I live upstairs). The studio is spacious and open. The living room has a sofa and chair and television. There’s a dining area, and a place just to have coffee. The bedroom is large, and has a nice double bed. Plenty of space for your luggage. The bathroom is spacious, with an antique tub and shower, heat lamp, and sink. Toiletries available for your use.
