  • We had a great time staying at the Bubble Den. Mark greeted us when we arrived and showed us around. The den is great, just as you see in the pictures. It’s an amazing experience being able to look up at the stars at night. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

  • Such a unique experience. We had a great time! The stars at night are amazing to see lying from a warm cosy bed. Such a relaxing place. Would definitely recommend. Mark was a great host and responded to any queries straight away.

  • This is absolutely breathtaking! You will not be disappointed. There’s no way to describe how incredible this place is.

    Lauren2020-03-10T00:00:00Z
  • This was such a special place. Mark was incredibly welcoming. We stayed when it was cold outside but were very warm with the heaters and heat blanket! Would highly recommend this experience!

  • The Dome is a stunning place that gave us a night to relax during all of our traveling. It was breathtaking to sleep under the stars. We played games and enjoyed s’mores by the fire pit. The dome was a bit chilly when we arrived but was easy to stay warm with a heated mattress pad that kept us warm all night long. However, walking around the dome was chilly, (early March) so make sure to bring warm clothes (socks especially) if going during cooler months. Mark has a lot of blankets to help keep you warm. It’s beautifully decorated and everything has been thought of. A breakfast hamper was left for us in the morning that was quite tasty. If you are on the fence about renting the dome-DO IT!!! It is 100% worth it.

    Jessica2020-03-03T00:00:00Z
  • Nothing else than I can say other than it was just an amazing experience start to finish, Mark is such a friendly guy and nothing is any bother,Above and beyond what I expected!

  • Great spot, even on a rainy/windy night!

This is a unique residence, designed by a leading architect, with everything you might need for a relaxing holiday, only 17 miles from Belfast Int'l airport. The house is rebuilt in natural stone with amazing views over lakes and mountains.
Combining the old and the new, this barn complex, newly rebuilt in natural stone has panoramic views of Lough Beg, the Bann valley, the Sperrin mountains, and Lough Neagh. A perfect rural retreat with the comfort of modern design and high speed wifi This recently converted barn is in a peaceful rural setting, only 17 miles by car from Belfast Int'l airport and 28 miles from the Belfast ferry terminals. The Giant's Causeway, the Antrim coast and Glens, with their long sandy beaches, are only 45 minutes away. Groceries, restaurants and bars are 3 miles away in Portglenone. Boating, sailing, canoeing, fishing, coastal walks and golf, and more, are all available within a few miles. Seamus Heaney, the famous poet, was born and lived nearby. For larger shopping and city experiences Ballymena is 7 miles away; Belfast 28 miles; Derry/ Londonderry 40 miles. Even Dublin is accessible within 2 and a half hour's driving, or by rail link from Ballymena and Belfast. The space comprises a new kitchen with cooker and microwave, large living area and loft with marvellous views over Lough Beg and the Sperrin Mts. The barn sleeps 2 in the loft with sleeping for 2 more on a large sofa bed in the living area below. A modern living room with full- height glass gable- end overlooking the Bann river valley, with tiled underfloor heating, sleeping loft, and bathroom. Hi-speed wifi (65 Mbs/sec). Tourist, outdoor and sporting amenities are a short drive away: when, and if, you want them. However, the landscape is what attracts most people to Northern Ireland. From this location everything is within reach. Lough Beg (4 miles ) is renowned for its bird life. For rainy days the Game of Thrones and Titanic Exhibitions in Belfast are easily accessible (40 miles). A car is strongly recommended. Though civilisation is close by, no public transport operates in this locality. However there are local taxi services for airport pick-ups and shorter journeys which link into the public transport services. The barn has it's own private car park which accommodates two large vehicles. Access to the adjacent kitchen and dining area is from a separate entrance. Tea and coffee- making facilities and a small fridge are also provided in the living area for additional convenience. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The house is in the countryside but villages (Portglenone and Ahoghill ) are only 3 miles away, with Ballymena and Antrim 7 and 10 miles away, and Belfast 30 miles away. the Giant's Causeway and the Antrim coast road is only 45-50 minutes away. Lots of restaurants and bars within easy reach: see guide in the living area.
  • A little piece of heaven! We were blown away by the spectacular views, the most beautiful sunsets and watching the stars at night while snuggled up in bed. Gerard and Tricia are wonderful hosts who go the extra mile to make your stay very comfortable. Everything we needed, clean, warm and cosy. Highly recommend a visit and this is one for the bucket list!

  • I booked Gerard’s place for my son and daughter in law for the first two nights of their honeymoon. Gerard is a superb host and went out of his way to accommodate our various requirements. The property itself is marvellous, spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed and in a stunning but convenient location. The bottle of bubbly was much appreciated by the newlyweds too!

  • I can't say enough good things about Dermot's apartment. It is absolutely spotless and has everything you could possibly need. It's even located across the street from a grocery store and right next to the bus stop. I was in Portglenone to do a little bit of genealogy searching and Dermot went above and beyond in helping. His father spoke to some of the local people and found information that I could never have found on my own. He even drove us on a tour showing us the home that my family probably lived in. Communication was wonderful, he emailed me many times with information and met me at the apartment on check in day. He even emailed me the bus schedule and highlighted my route. It was truly a once in a lifetime experience and all thanks to Dermot and his father. I would certainly recommend and go back.

    Sharon2019-10-17T00:00:00Z
  • Dermot was a great host and very quick to respond to questions. Very clean apartment with everything we needed. The location is a good spot to make day trips from as it is quite central in Northern Ireland.

    Matthew2019-09-13T00:00:00Z
  • We loved our stay In Dermot's apartment. It's located smack bang in the middle of Portglenone with plenty of parking right outside the front door. The town is a great base if you want to explore a bunch of the popular sites around Northern Ireland. The apartment itself is large, clean and modern. Dermot is a great host and we would recommend his place to anyone visiting the area. Cheers, Amil and Rose.

    Amil2019-09-04T00:00:00Z
  • Hello! The place was really clean and beautiful! Near to so many beautiful places (also for Game of Thrones fans)! We had an amazing weekend! Thank you very much!

  • A welcoming home and family members were very helpful. We had everything we needed in the room, even making tea and coffee and a quick breakfast for the next morning. We were able to relax and get a really good night's rest after a long day. Nice, warm, spacious room and ensuite.

  • A nice located welcoming place.

  • I need to stay only for a nigh as I was performing at the Vengaboys show. The hosts were so lovely and made us feel right at home. I was so happy to have a suite as I was rushing through day and this made the difference. They left tea and coffee in the room which was so thoughtful. Also, they let us use the kitchen to heat my prepped meals and we had a nice conversation in the morning. I was also delighted that we could check out at 10 am instead of 8 am after a busy night! Thank you so much and defo would recommend this place!

    Vanessa2019-11-24T00:00:00Z
  • I was met by Maria who was lovely and gave me a warm welcome in a very cold night. Bed was comfortable, room was warm and the kettle was great. Good en suite and towels available. TV in room and sockets bear to bed for phone charger. Wish I'd taken the kind offer of a hot water bottle but the extra blankets kept me warm. (It was literally freezing outside) dogs are very friendly and well trained. Came to sniff me in the morning to say hello ( I hadn't met them the night before) but as soon as Maria called them, they came away.

My place is close to great public transport to Belfast, Derry/Londonderry and Belfast International airport. The River Bann runs through Toome and is a short 10 minute walk from my hous My house has WiFi, is in a quiet, family orientated area and has free parking spaces are available right outside my house/in the driveway. My house is five minutes from Game of Thrones Winterfell site I was very excited to have four actors stay with me recently.
Our house is really close to the river bann and lough neagh and is surrounded by nature and unique local culture. Birdwatching for the keen birdwatcher is also available in the local area as it supports an array of bird species and unique habitats. If you go on the Canal Walk you might see the grey heron, and you will observe the lough. Randalstown forest is also closeby, where you can visit the world of owls and deer link. Part of our local heritage was built on eel fishing and to this day it still continues. It is now managed by the lough neagh fishermen's society and is the largest wild eel fishery in Europe. Our eels are known worldwide for their quality.
  • I really enjoyed my stay, everything was clean and the room was cozy. Mary was very welcoming and the room is very good value!

  • I needed a comfortable place to stay near Shane's Castle where I was attending a festival. I decided not to camp there this year. I was very lucky to find a room at Mary's house. It was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and very convenient. Mary was very welcoming but totally unobtrusive. She showed me the amenities, showed me to my room, gave me my keys and left me to enjoy her lovely house. I will most certainly return.............if she'll have me :-)

    Vincent2019-08-11T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely woman, lovely place. Seperate fridge and freezer for guests to use. Kitchen access permitted to cook your own food. Room was small, but clean and cozy. For the price it was a steal. She is an amazing person. I even lost the keys to the room at the pub one night and she let me sleep in another room for the night. In the morning we called the locksmith and had the front door and bedroom door locks changed (I paid as it was my fault that I lost the keys) and she seemed quite happy with the outcome. She was very accommodating. She is really a super host and deserves every bit that title. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area. As for location, it is walking distance to the local pub, a great walking trail by the river to a lake, outdoor exercise area / gym nearby, food for cooking was a 5 minute walk to centra, the local off-license is about 4 minutes walk ways, and there are local taxis that will take you to Antrim or Ballymena if you require anything for ~20GBP. Highly convenient. I can't say enough good things. Stay there and see for yourself. It is great, and so is the host. Thank you for everything, Mary.

    Jacob2019-07-26T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful house and amazing host. Mary has thought of everything you will need as she's been doing this for some time, down to WiFi code on the door and separate key for room and for the entrance. I was commuting from Antrim so this can be done. There was hardly any traffic. Bed was cosy, ample room in the wardrobe, hot power shower! Everything was there. Separate fridge for guests. And iron and ironing board. I highly recommend this place!

    Taimur2019-07-18T00:00:00Z
  • Good value, homely, clean and comfy bedroom.

    Howard2019-05-16T00:00:00Z
  • Mary is fantastically helpful, cheery, and friendly! It was a relaxing stay and cozy stay. If you would like a cute path stroll down to Lough Neagh, want to see where Winterfell from GOT was filmed, or would like recommendations on local eat in or take aways, then Mary will provide you with any or all of it. I had a delightful two day stay!

  • What an amazing place! We couldnt believe our luck! The views are outstanding, the place is immaculate and spacious. Everything looks new Thank you so much Kai and Victoria

  • I had a wonderful stay at Jennifer's beautiful loft. The views are lovely (even when you're stuck inside on a rainy day), the place is spotlessly clean, and the location is great for exploring the causeway coast. Jennifer left chocolates on the pillows, which was a very nice touch. I'd happily stay with Jennifer again if I'm ever in the area. It can be a bit difficult in the dark to find the turn to the gravel path that leads to the loft, and the lockbox holding the key is a bit tricky to open. But Jennifer response to messages quickly if you have any problems.

    Emily2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • We spent a lovely time in Jennifer’s place. The flat is clean, warm and nice, with a great view from the bedroom on the Irish countryside and a great kitchen and living room to cook and chill in the evenings. Good spot to discover the North of Northern Ireland, quite close to the main tourist places. I definitively recommend this place.

  • The apartment was fantastic. There were items in the fridge for breakfast which we did not expect but it made the stay so much more enjoyable the next morning along with the coffee maker. The space is stylish and the bed is so comfortable. The shower had excellent pressure. Plus the views across the beautiful landscape could not be beat. There was a recommendation for the Millside restaurant which was the best meal of our trip.

  • I can do nothing else but highly recommend Mary as a host. She is a lovely person who is very happy to chat away to you. She also doesn’t hesitate to go that extra mile for you. In our case we arrived back very late and hungry one night after our car had broken down. Entirely off her own back Mary drove us to the local Chinese carryout just before midnight so we could get a nice hot meal. A great host who I would recommend to anyone - thanks a million Mary! • I had the single room and was completely satisfied! Kathleen and her family were more than nice, loving hosts and constantly striving for my well-being. So I was even driven to the supermarket once and got all the tips on request (which food to try, where to go, ...) In addition to coffee, tea and Co., there was even breakfast. Perfect is the bus and train station, which is 2 minutes on foot and from which you can get anywhere (Belfast, Coastway, Glenariff, ...) Kathleen gave me a link for the bus connections with which you can plan great. The house is very clean and cozy and when I felt like it I was invited to join the family. All in all a great stay that left nothing to be desired.

  • Gorgeous guest house, comfortable bed and clean throughout! Log burner was a lovely addition, the central heating and hot water are easy to use. Hannah made us feel very welcome and responded quickly through the Air BnB chat. Just note - there is no TV but we took a laptop, connected to the free WiFi so watched tv/catch up that way. Overall, a lovely stay we would definitely recommend and stay again!

    Laura2020-01-26T00:00:00Z
  • Very well presented BnB in a lovely peaceful rural location with great views. Wood burner was a real treat! Hannah was excellent with communication and the stay was v. enjoyable. Definitely recommend as a base for venturing in all directions.

  • I came across this place by chance and I did not regret it! Lovely place to stay very quiet and out of the way if that’s what you’re looking for. I stayed here with my partner as we needed to relax and recharge, this was perfect. We were left to our own devices which was great but of course if we needed anything Hannah was right there and responded very quick! I don’t have a bad word to say and I must add the bed is very comfy. Thanks Hannah! We will stay again :)

  • Con and his father Coln offer an experience in wild Ireland that is beyond a B&B experience alone. Their stories, fresh eggs, helpful suggestions, hot whiskey, and caring touches made my mom's 80th birthday pilgrimage memorable ... beyond our expectations. We are very grateful and encourage others to meet these amazing men !

    Kim2020-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • Con's farm is a special place. The house is so full of character. Con and his family are so hospitable. They go above and beyond for their guests. If you want to truly have an Irish experience, this is it!

    Patti2020-03-03T00:00:00Z
  • A fantastic stay with Con in Bellaghy. We travelled as we were filming for work in the village and Con was beyond accommodating in the lead up and on arrival. The cottage itself is a gem - like stepping into an old world - full of symbols and stories. We learned a ton about the history of the area and stayed chatting for hours. Shoutout for the bed also - I had a divine sleep. We'll be back!

    Aoife2020-02-28T00:00:00Z
  • An incredible slice of Ireland. The historic farm house was clean, comfortable and welcoming. We didn’t have a chance to meetCon, but his father Colm couldn’t have been more hospitable. We felt very welcome and honored to learn about his rich life and experiences. Through him, we got a first-hand account of the “Trouble” in Ireland which has plagued the country. Colm also went out of his way to take us to a local pub called Cross Keys; a spot not to miss. Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip. If you want a true taste of liberal Irish culture, you will really love this unique accommodation !

    Roy And Cristina2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Very enjoyable house and location. Our host was full of history and good advice on local interests.

    Guillaume2020-01-01T00:00:00Z
  • The best Airbnb I ever had tell now. Colm was very friendly with us we had interesting conversations, place is located in a quiet village close to pond. Colm inspired us in many ways, wish we could have stayed longer. I’m pretty sure that I’m gonna come back with my whole family once again. Colm even provided us farm fresh eggs and vegetables it was good to leave city life and enjoy in nature. At cons place you see lots of history his dad is really friendly, whoever are in that area definitely should stay at cons place. They were really helpful right from beginning of our booking. We game as guests and going back as friends now.

  • Beautiful house! Great central location, lovely to see all the animals. And extremely welcoming and friendly. We will definately return if we come back to Ireland again. Thanks!

    Mirjam2019-12-15T00:00:00Z
  • Staying at Con & Colm’s House was one of the top highlights of my time in Ireland. My friend and I were there for only one night and we so badly wanted to stay longer! We stayed up all night visiting with Colm and hearing his stories. He gave us loads of tips on what and how to do things in Northern Ireland. The beds were very comfy and both my friend and I enjoyed a good soak in the claw foot tub in the bathroom. Con made us a reservation for dinner at a local restaurant that we absolutely loved. We were so tired and hungry from travel all day and he took care of that piece for us, it was so helpful and we felt very taken care of! They were very accommodating and gave us loads of yummy bread, amazing cheese, great whiskey, and farm fresh eggs for breakfast. We really hope to return some day and spend more time here.

  • This is a lovely wee studio apartment and it had exactly everything I needed - and more - for my stay in the area. The bed was comfy, the place really clean and plenty of little touches all about the place that just added that extra something and showed this fabulous host's thoughtfulness. I would both come back again and recommend it to others.

  • Clean and pleasant studio. We went to Giant's Causeway (one hour from the accommodation) and Belfast (30min). Unbeatable quality / price ratio for this region.

  • Tommy was a very thoughtful host. The place, though quirky, is full of home comforts and is excellent value for money, with all the features we could possibly need and more. Tommy was very generous with provisions too. The whole place was spick and span and really quiet. We slept very soundly. We hardly needed the heating but did turn it on a few times - it was very quick to heat up and the shower was superb. We were in the area to visit family and will definitely stay again, if available. The plant nursery next door is full of wonderful flowering plants for sale too.

It is situated adjacent to a quiet country road, a few miles north of Ballymena, the nearest shop is in Cullybackey, which also has a couple of cafes. If self catering, larger supermarkets (Tesco, Sainsburys) can be found on A26 just south of main Ballymena town centre. Good location for exploring The Glens and the North Coast.

  • June cottage is lovely!! So clean and cozy with a fully equipped kitchen, heated blankets, and a toasty fire. Loved it.

  • Great stay as always in the cottage. Third time staying, great for a night away. Very clean, comfortable beds and June always has the fire lit for arrival.

    Aaron2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • June was such a friendly host with great suggestions for local food and places to visit. There was a cozy fire going upon arrival that took a bit of tending but kept the cottage warm in the evening. That did seem to be the only source of heating as it was rather cool in the morning (it was a February though, so not unexpected) but all the more reason to get about your day. The beds were provided with electric blankets which were a boon. A quick reminder that there is not WiFi and my cell reception was weak, perfect if your looking to get away from it all.

3* Cosy Two bedroom cottage overlooking Ronan Valley Golf Course. Ideally located on the edge of town enabling you to enjoy the Mid-Ulster countryside and beyond. A leisurely 15mins walk into Magherafelt town centre where you can shop, wine and dine. The cottage sleeps 4-5 and is equipped with mod-cons: washing machine, cooker, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, a selection of kids toys and games giving you a home from home experience.
Meadowbank kids play park is a 5 minute walk from our house - this is a firm favourite of our boys! We have a couple of outdoor sheds also available if you have bicycles, fishing rods, golf clubs or anything else you choose to bring with you. Fifth bed is a sofa bed in the main lounge/kitchen area
It's on the edge of town, so has a countryside feel to it. A short 15min walk takes you into the centre of town. There are sheep in the fields to the back of the cottage. The golf course is in front of the cottage. The cottage is surrounded by trees and green fields, so it's in a peaceful location. It feels very pastoral. It's also set quite far back from the main road so there is minimal road traffic noise, despite being situated close to the bypass.

  • We spent a wonderful night at Peter and his wife’s beautiful home last night and would highly recommend for anyone wanting somewhere to stay in this area. They were both so welcoming and we loved meeting their gorgeous puppy!! Peter was so helpful and even drove us to the wedding reception we were attending at the nearby Galgorm Resort. He also recommended some local taxi firms and said if we were unable to get one booked that he could come back for us later. The room was beautiful and very clean and it was lovely to have our own private bathroom. The shower was great too! We loved the extra little touches, such as the bottles of water and chocolates beside the bed. Thank you to you both for your hospitality. We would definitely stay again if in the area!

  • Peter was (and most likely is) a greate host! Quick on responses and drove us into Ballymena when requested. Including at arrival and depature. Very friendly hosts and a really nice place to stay at! Recommended.

  • I am very grateful to Peter for his warm reception, very friendly nice family, and a lovely dog. Because the place where my friend got married is far away, peter drove me to the past. When I left, I warmly offered to drive me to the ballymena bus station, the first time north. A trip to Ireland, a good impression, thanks peter

You're not far from most things, supermarket a short drive away not that you'll see many cars 😁 Margaret (owner) popped round to make sure we had everything we needed. What an absolute treasure Margaret is. So lovely. Margaret had also left us a wonderful hamper with wheaten bread (which I now love and packed my rucksack to go home), pancakes, fruit, milk etc. I real treat. We will definitely go back as we are looking to relocate and this is an ideal base. Thank you Margaret 💜💜💜💜

  • Heath View Cottage is all that it says it is and more. Set in beautiful rural Co Derry it is close to all amenities and a short drive to The Seamus Heaney Visitor Centre. The house is spotlessly clean and has everything you need as well as some lovely thoughtful touches inc local food products breakfast dressing gowns slippers. We especially enjoyed the open fire left set for us and extra fuel if required....what a lovely treat of a cold frosty January evening! That's just the building... But the icing on the cake was Margaret the host. From the moment we walked in the door she made us feel so welcome. She is a really lovely warm person and a natural host.

  • BOOK THIS RIGHT NOW. 120% the nicest place with the absolute nicest air bnb hosts you are EVER going to meet. My husband and I stayed at 10 different air bnbs during our time in Ireland, Scotland and Northern Ireland. The Heath View was by far our favourite. Margaret and Jack left beautiful tips on what to do and where to eat, have decorated their place with great care and detail and went above and beyond in every single category. Also the location is amazing! Right smack dab in the middle of Northern Ireland. Perfect for day trips to every location! We enjoyed the north coast, with such a warm cozy space to lay our heads. Equip with everything you need! My husband and I loved Northern Ireland, and after staying at this air bnb are already planning and saving to come back and staying even longer at this air bnb! I can’t express enough the amazing communication, thoughtfulness and true hospitality involved in this amazing air bnb.

Londonderry is a must see and less than 1 hour through the beautiful countryside. Andrew was helpful with ideas of things to see and do. The bed was so comfortable and the breakfast provided was generous. I hope I can return sometime soon.

  • Not only were our expectations exceeded, but Margaret went out of her way to make things purrfect for our furr baby and us. Alice's Cottage was our first stop in our new country and our home while we were searching for our new home. Not only is moving to a new country stressful, but logistically it can be a nightmare, as things constantly change... Margaret was there every step of the way going above and beyond what one should expect from an Airbnb host. We were welcomed to Northern Ireland with warmth, kindness and a genuine willingness to help! And the apartment is immaculate, clean and in a lovely country setting - we were truly spoilt. We will always fondly remember our stay at Alice's Cottage.

  • Margaret’s place is a lovely bungalow in the country side with plenty of parking space. Checking in and out was relaxed which made things easier. Margaret left us some snacks which was great, and also accommodated our vegan diet by getting us some oat milk in, delicious. There’s plenty of room to lounge around, and all the facilities to cook for yourself which is what we did on one of our two night stay. Shower was good with shampoos, towels and stuff provided. Margaret was ideally placed for our needs so it wasn’t too far from anything really. We were half an hour from the international airport and around the same again to the Giants Causeway. We were attending a wedding at the Galgorm Resort and it was only a five minute taxi ride from there. Would recommend this place to friends and family.

  • We had a lovely stay in Margaret's place. The location is perfect and Close enough to the town and in a quiet area. We felt at home and appreciated all the snacks and breakfast options. I would recommend it as a base for exploring the northern Ireland.

  • We loved our stay here! The house was beautiful with so many lovely little gadgets. It was like a home from home in beautiful surroundings. A big thank you to Margaret for being such a lovely host!

  • Margaret was so helpful answering any questions leading up to our stay. The apartment is warm, very well equipped and comfortable. We stayed with our 3 month old baby, we had everything that we needed and really enjoyed our stay thank you!

  • Margaret gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. She left us a tray of snacks with provisions for breakfast, drinks, and invited us to use all that was contained in her kitchen. The cleanliness was second to non, which is a big thing for me. Everything was as described and I felt assured that if we had asked for more that she would have provided it. The bed linen and towels were v clean. The apartment certainly met our needs as a small family with a small, (hopefully) well behaved dog.! Whiskey (her timid, small jack Russell was gorgeous). Very handy location with major towns n seaside villages within easy car drive. Thank you Margaret for such a nice stay and we would hope to celebrate my Mums 98th birthday there next year. Take care (and your grandchildren were adorable!) x

    Sean2019-08-24T00:00:00Z
  • The apartment has an unbeatable location to see all of Northern Ireland, Margaret very friendly and attentive, all very well signposted inside the house (plugs, hot water, etc.), great detail on the other hand leave a variety of food, coffee, milk , etc. Still 10 minutes without complications there is a Eurospar, behind the parking lot there is a path through the beautiful forest for a walk in the late afternoon. I could not say anything bad about the accommodation the truth! I would return without hesitation, highly recommended !!

Our place is close to public transport. train station (1mile); Cullybackey village with restaurants, coffee shops and petrol station, all walking distance. You’ll love my place with a beautiful garden and quiet location, a Country estate. We are 1 mile from Galgorm Spa hotel with lovely walks.
The space is a private en-suite room with 2 single beds. The room is without breakfast, but there are options in the village for breakfast, it is furnished with kettle in the room for tea / coffee. There is a common living room space downstairs without cooking facilities.
We have tenants around the premise who are friends too. They have pet Dogs. But they have their own space and do not bother the guests. We have a friendly cat and a too friendly mini dog that roams the house too. The Dreen, is a country estate, its 100m away from the main road of the village. A mature garden and a field surrounds the main house.
  • Great location with peace, quiet and lovely views. It was so handy for us and would definitely use again.

  • We went to a wedding at the spa nearby and this was a perfect location nearby to stay a bit cheaper. Room was clean and nice and cosy warm. John was super nice in staying up until an ungodly hour to let us in as our flight was delayed. The grounds overlook a wee lake and the local village has all the things you need - make sure you have the breakfast at the local favourite spot. Thanks for having us John and family, we’d happily stay again.

  • Wonderful picture postcard cottage, comfortable, stylish, and with all modern amenities you need. Loved the real fire and being in the middle of such a beautiful and historic setting.

  • We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grace Hill cottage! It was perfect and super comfortable. We had a lovely warm welcome as Judith was there on arrival. We were visiting for a friends wedding at Galgorm but made a little holiday of it. Location was perfect, 5 mins away from Galgorm and Judith gave us a a taxi number who were really quick and efficient. It was about a half an hour drive to the north coast one way and about 40 mins the other way to Belfast, both nice easy drives. The cottage itself had everything we could have needed plus more! It was very clean and a good size space. The kitchen was big enough to cook and socialise. Beds were also really comfortable, I didn't want to leave. There was an iron, hair dryer and even little touches like cotton pads in the bathroom. Would definitely recommend this cottage to everyone and would love to go back in the future.
