[regardless of the few days you are staying] Please book a minimum of 29 nights, (Guest, although booked for 29 nights, staying a few days is a guest thing, as long as the key is returned on the expiration date of the lease) Leaving early cannot be requested to be refunded the number of days not stayed. We cannot offer daily and weekly rentals (illegal) I apologize in advance. Booking steps; 1. Submit the check-in start date, number of nights enter the request for 29 nights 2. Complete payment to get an order within 24 hours of approval 3. The check-in date is subject to a simple monthly contract (Signature + email) 4. When checking out, lock the room and return the key to the designated location to the landlord, and you can check out. You can no longer ask for the key to return to the house. "We provide a full-family water purification facility, so please feel free to use it" The following key rules must be read: 1. Not attached to any meals 2. No parties allowed 3. No smoking, betel nut, heavy drinking, drug use, mining (if you bring e-sports and related equipment, you agree to compensate the host for the excess electricity bill for the period) 4. No pets 5. In violation of the Key Provisions, the landlord shall have the right to immediately cease the covenant and not to withdraw the lease paid, and to make compensation to the platform for the damage to the premises, the renter is undisputed.
