The flat is on the first floor of my family house, a XIX century building by the main square of the village.
It has a big, beautiful terrace, ovelooking the Aniene valley.
Arsoli is a quiet small village, overlooked by a X century castle, and lies on a hilly surroundings, at the border of the Parco dei Monti Simbruini.
The flat, furnished with our family furniture, has two bedroom: one room with two single beds, joined in a twin bed, the secon with two single beds. In the dinig room there is a sofa-bed.
There is a large bathroom with tub and shower, and a second small toilet with the washing machine.
The kitchen is quite smal but equipped with gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge and a small dishwasher.
The flat has no lift. You can download you car in front of the door, but the parking place is about 150 m away.
A private car is essential to enjoy the area, that offers bautiful landscapes, trekking path in the park, and some bautiful village like Cervara di Roma, Subiaco, Castel di Tora and the lago del Turano.
If you are by bike, you can store them inside the building.
The flat lies at the edge of the main square, where you can find two bars (one of which offers delicious home made cakes and sometimes good food), a restaurant, a food store. behind the house, there is a bakery that produces a marvellous bread and very good biscuits. two butcher shops, selling local meet, are on the main street.
In the vllage there are also a bank, a post office and a pharmacy

Giordano2016-07-11T00:00:00ZConsiglio l'appartamento a chi come me ha bisogno di silenzio e concentrazione per attività di scrittura, ma anche a chi vuole riposarsi ed magari evadere dalla calura romana estiva. Il borgo è difatti a una mezz'oretta di distanza da Roma, venendo in auto. Il paese è molto carino, con possibilità di effettuare piacevoli camminate in mezzo la natura. L'appartamento è piccolo ma ha tutto il necessario; viene impreziosito inoltre da una splendida veduta panoramica. Infine Isabella è stata molto gentile e disponibile, e la ringrazio per questo.

Ero già stata in un altro alloggio gestito da Simonetta e Maurizio. Questa casa è allo stesso livello di confortevolezza e cura del dettaglio..e soprattutto l'accoglienza è sempre la nota più gradita. La casa è completamente accessoriata e autosufficiente. E' molto calda (anche l'acqua!) nonostante ci fossero 3 gradi e la pioggia fuori, dentro si stava benissimo. C'è tutto quel che occorre per cucinare e Simonetta ci ha preparato una colazione ricca, ottima e abbondante. C'era posto per tutti, i miei nipoti di 2 e 6 anni (che chiede quando torniamo in questa casa) con i genitori e noi due. E' stata una soluzione perfetta per festeggiare i 40 anni di mia sorella. Buon soggiorno ai prossimi fortunati e a presto!

The apartment with: storage, input / small salon, toilet with shower, 3 bedrooms, kitchen and dining room, balcony with a small bathroom, own heating system, one flight of stairs. Real estate is from the 1400's and apartment renovated in 2010 with a magnificent view of the mountains and the valley.
The apartment is located in a medieval town center built on förmurarna surrounding the palace houses located next door and often offer little view. In our case, we get morning sun in two of the rooms and the evening sun in the blue room and the kitchen. The view of the underlying valley is breathtaking.
When you come into the gate before going up to the apartment, you can call on at Enza our friendly neighbor who also manages the washing of clothes when necessary. She has extra keys and have contact with my brother or my parents who live 3 km from the village. The car can pparkera on the street where the apartment is located, but it is hard to find place at lunchtime and in the evening.
