Consists of one bedroom, living room with a sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with washing machine. Private balcony overlooking the sea stretches along the house in front of the bedroom and the living room. Parking place and a private approach to the beach.

Villa Victor is in the Uvala Sutmiholjska bay just around the corner of the beach. It provides a new and modern studio apartment with a gallery that has an open concept. It has a long terrace along the upper floor of the house. The interior is Brand-new and minimalistic so it doesn't distract you from the wonderful scenery and the outside activities (two Queen beds). The two apartments are identically equipped and are next to each other with separate entrances - the equipment is sustainable and high quality.

Moderno obnovljena stara kuca od kamena, u ruralnom dijelu, okruzena velikim plantaza etericnog bilja. Prostrana terasa i lijepo uredjena okucnica, idealna su za odmor. Kuca ima veliki dnevni boravak sa kuhinjom, kupaonicu i spavacu sobu. U spavacaj sobi se nalaze dva krevata (180x200 i 160x200) i dva pomocna kreveta na rasklapanje (90x190).
