Located near Grass Valley (6 miles) and Nevada City (8 miles) on 20 acres of nature. 2 large bedrooms with a 3rd bed queen size pull-out couch. Full kitchen and Jacuzzi type bath tub. Enjoy a relaxing retreat in the heart of the gold country. Features an upstairs 2 bedroom retreat on 20 acres with hiking trails. Nearby the S. Yuba River State Park (Bridgeport) 5 miles away a perfect spot to unwind. My caretaker Diane, lives downstairs.

(AllTrails>Nevada City> Deer Creek Tribute Trail). Park right in front. Extra room for RV or boat. Cozy loft has queen bed, window and skylight; access by a six-step ladder. Convertible couch easily and quickly converts to flat bed. After you check out, you are welcome to leave your car safely near the cabin and return later to pick it up.

Three Ponds

No cleaning fee! Private suite .Fish our ponds and enjoy 7 acres of serenity @ play our 9 hole discgolf! 5 minutes to downtown Grass Valley. One hour to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe, 1 hour to Sacramento. Our house has been divided into two! We will be on one side of the house with a door separating us from the guest area. Guest area has separate entrance, it's own living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, laundry area. We try to let you feel like we aren't even there!

This is the place to relax, be in nature and/or visit the nearby historic towns of Grass Valley, Nevada City, Ananda Village, the West Coast Falconry, and numerous wineries. Do note that this guest house does NOT have a kitchen, only a small frig and a microwave and a hot plate on request.
