Quiet apartment in old town house on the triple foot

The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 2nd floor of an elaborately generally renovated old town house near the famous Passau triple corner directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet, only the living room has a window to a school courtyard where pupils are temporarily noisy. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, i.e. sufficient laundry, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.

Meine Unterkunft liegt zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig in der Altstadt von Passau. Deine Wohnung blickt in den kleinen, gepflegten Hinterhof des Hauses und du hast alle Annehmlichkeiten der Stadt vor der Tür. 30m zum Bäcker, 70m zum öffentlichen Parkplatz, 100m zur Donau und 200m zum Ludwigsplatz mit Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Apartment near city center. It looks bright and very friendly and is especially gladly booked because of the location, the tasteful, plentiful. Equipment, the pretty balcony, the almost immediate location at the Inn and the complete equipment (spices and other kitchen utensils, also shower gel, etc.) You can leave the car on the parking lot and reach the city center on the walk and bike path in 10 minutes.
