Cozy, nice and quiet place. Very friendly couple. Krasimira is very responsive and amicable. The public transport id very convenient and the bus stops in front of the house.

We had a great time at Krasimira. We spent a week on Malta by only using public transport (Tallinja card €21 for 7 days unlimited travel). The apartment is located nearby a busstop and nearby Valletta (5-10 min) from which all busses to the whole island go. Hereby a short summary of our personal experience at Krasimira: + very kind and helpful hosts + great geographical location + shared kitchen + airconditioning + nice balconies + nice bathroom - old mattress - the hosts smoke - bathroom isnt attached to bedroom

Krasimira is a very helpful person. Our room at her place was spacious and clean. It was located in a peacefull area. Everything that was necessary was available nearby. We highly recommend this place.

We had very pleasant stay in the apartment. Everything was VERY clean and new. The flat is spacious, well equipped and the bed is comfortable too. Neighborhood is quiet and therefore good to sleep. It was hot, but tolerable to sleep and you have ventilator and air-conditioning in the room you can use. The streets the flat is on (2-5min walk) has most bus lines which can take you almost to every part of the island. Market is close too (3min) and Lidl is approximately 1km away. Our host Marion was very nice and attentive to everything we needed (: although we were seeing each other rarely. She provided us with all the info we needed for nearby activities.

Our host was very helpful, when we arrived. She was also always available, when we had questions. There is a nice park close by. I recommend the place.

I stayed at this apartment for 4 months (alone in the double-bed room). The landlady (who also lives in the flat) is a super nice person and she helps where she can. The kitchen was one of my favourite places in the apartment, since it is equipped with everything you need and more. The flat looks like on the pictures and it is very modern and clean. The area is a quiet one. Since I was staying in Malta for work, it was the perfect place. The only negative thing was the ongoing contruction work on other flats and therefore it was very noisy sometimes during the day. However, this is not the fault of the landlady and I guess after 4 months now they should be finalising the construction work. I can recommend this flat to everyone who searches for a nice place to stay during business trips but also for people on their holidays.

Appartement bien situé, propre but non conforme à la description, pas de sèche cheveux, un seul drap de bain pour 8 jours, pas de couverture, j'ai du en demander une. Peu d'explications. Et si on voulait boire de l'eau on devait payer 5 euros pour les 8 jours mais à Malte 5 euros équivaut à 24 litres d'eau ce que nous n'aurions pas bu comme nous n'étions que peu présent à l'appartement. Pour ce qui est de l'air conditionné, elle nous a montré le ventillateur à notre arrivée nous avons donc penser que l'air conditionné était donc en panne car aucune explication, nous avons donc passé de très mauvaise nuits, le dernier jour nous avons trouvé une télécommande pour l'utilisation de l'ai conditionné.

En general en la casa ha estado muy bien! La dueña de la casa no ha estado mucho allí, ha hecho como fuera que es nuestro piso. En barrio nada está mal, que allí es pequeño puede ir a donde quieras.. hay servicio de bus, pero yo he alquilado una moto.

Staying in Matthew's place was amazing. Location is good, just 5 minutes from bus stop and the house was clean enough:) He was very helpful person! And the dog "Dexter" is so cute! Highly recommended place

The room is big, the bed comfortable and the house is in a good position. The bus stop direct to La Valletta is near. Matthew is a good person, I didn't know how to arrive to the house at the beginning so he picked me up by car.

Good location, cosy home atmosphere ( dog Dexter, turtles...). Recomend for peoples, who want to feel unique Malta ( without tourists,commercials, etc...)

Matthew was very welcoming and helpful. It was like being at home. The room was good, a bit warm because summers in Malta are really hot, but we had a fan and it was alright. The dog's a doll... Santa Vennera is well positioned so those who wanna travel around the island (it's well connected by bus routes) or those who want to sunbathe (you could do that on the roof, even) will find the location great. Close to bus stations and supermarkets.

We stayed at Mathew's place for a month, Mathew is a really great host- he's super nice, always helpful and really easy going. Dexter is very cute. The apartment is large and well located with all the amnesties that you require. The only complaint we would have is unfortunately the apartment is a bit dirty. That would really be the only negative remark though. Thank you so much for the stay Mathew!

Everything went fine with Matthew and his apartment is good. It's not located in a touristic area however, it is well communicated by several bus stops nearby that can take you to different touristic places. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Matthew's place and I consider it is good in terms of quality-price.

I have nothing but good things to say about Matthew and the room. Matthew is a cool and helpful guy and among the best hosts at Airbnb. The room is big and fresh and its location relates well to Valletta, Sliema and the airport at the same time.

Panos is a very hospitable person. He was always willing to help, showed me around the neighborhood, and explained a lot about Malta. His flat is also very clean and has everything necessary for short stay.

Edwina was a fantastic host, along with her daughter Emily of course. She was always available to communicate, gave lots of good tips & was very flexible with us. One of my best experiences on here, very clean room exactly as the pictures show & good location not far from St. Julian's which was our favourite part of the island. 100% recommend!!

Edwina made us feel more than welcome during our stay, she was very helpful and friendly at all times and made our trip more special. The room is very nice and the beds are very comfortable, we loved everything on the house! Also, her daughter Emily was amazing and very friendly with us, It was fun to share time with them! The house is located close to a couple of bus stops that can communicate you to a lot of destinations. I would definitely like to stay there again.

Cool place and great host. Lovely Edwina immediately made us feel at home, with her positive spirit and excellent tips about non-touristy local events (the procession of Immaculate Conception in Cospicua, unforgettable!) She even provided us with a small stand-up heater against the chilly winter nights in Malta. Her apartment is clean and well-furnished, the room is spacious. It's located in a quiet residential area with small grocery stores and cafes, far from the hassle of Valletta but only 7 minutes drive to the entertainment quarter of San Julian. Nice experience.

We had such a good stay with Emily and her lovely daughter. They both are so easy-going and friendly and treated us like a family. As we stayed there many weeks it was so nice to have a real home away from home. The apartment is very nice and spacious and we had lovely room with balcony. There is very good bus connections all over the island and you will find shops and restaurants near by.

Edwina is a wonderful host! She made our short stay in Malta so much easier by picking us up and dropping us off in Valetta on our way to the airport. She gave also us many great and useful tips for our stay. Her place is very comfortable and makes you feel right at home!

Cynthia is a lovely person, very sympathetic and helpful to their guests. It was great that after arrival welcome awaited us Maltese delicacies. Throughout the stay Cynthia served his help in organizing time in Malta and all the necessary things. Her apartment is a charming and well-equipped, has an individual, unique character - we felt it very well. We highly recommend this apartment and the hosts.

Together with my father my husband and I stayed for a long weekend in Cynthia's nice and spacious appartment. It was clean and well equiped, the beds and the bedrooms were comfortable, but the loveliest feature must be the cosy and beautyful outside yard with the orangetree and the bougainvilea etc. Cynthia and her husband Duncan are very friendly, warm and helpful hosts, and most welcoming. They left us some very tasty traditional Maltese food specialties and some food to get started. When there was a malfunction with the WiFi they provided us swiftly with a solution and for Sunday breakfast they had another tasty Maltese surprise for us. We chose to rent a car during our stay and could always easily park near the appartment. Sliema and Valetta are 'just around the corner' and there is a supermarket within walking distance. A brilliant base for exploring Malta!

I don't know from where to start as the place as well as the host was great! It is more a house than an apartment, well decorated and all the necessary included (fridge, iron, towels, family games, etc.) Cynthia was always available to help The house is well located, 5 to 15mn away from Valetta, paceville, sliema ... We have rent a car so I do not know about the bus but by car it was easy to circulate around and there was always some parking spaces in front of the house. I definitively recommend the house

The house looked exactly as the pictures. Everything was perfect. It doesn't have many windows, however it has plenty of light. It's really calm and quiet and it's in a great neighbourhood. The house has everything you need and if you need anything else Cynthia will lend it to you without any problem. Cynthia and her family were absolutely charming. They made us wish to stay in Malta longer. We have no complaints. It's undoubtedly a great option to stay in Malta. If I ever come back I'll stay there.

Cynthia was incredibly accommodating from the moment we arrived, and very helpfully showed us around places of interest in the local area, along with recommendations for dinner. Food and beer was also supplied, and was very welcome after the flight. The apartment was spotless and as advertised. Beds were very comfortable, and there was loads of space and good facilities. Cynthia was a fantastic host, and ensured that our holiday went as smoothly as possible, helping with car rental and restaurant bookings. breakfast on Saturday was also very much appreciated! I would thoroughly recommend staying with her, and visiting Malta as a whole.

It was a real pleasure to live in Malta ta Cynthia's house. She's lovely and she takes care of everything in order to permit us to not missing of anything. And people of Malta are really welcoming. A good price triple bed room with private bathroom and shared kitchen with the host. The kitchen is important because you can get delicious seafood from Sunday fish market,only open on Sunday morning. It's a good place to visit.

I spend 8 days at Ines's and can say she and her husband Giovanni are very welcoming, kind and helpfull people . The room was exactly as described, clean and spacious. Moreover Giovanni is a better navigator than (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) and Ines make a very tasty focaccia .... I really enjoyed to stay in their house.

Ines provided us with info how to reach her place prior to our arrival. She was very welcoming when we arrived and had prepared us a welcoming basket with some sweets, apples and water. The room looks better in person than in the pictures and it is perfect for people who want to just have a place to sleep. It has a private bathroom, which is very clean as well as the room itself. There might be some other tourists apart from you staying at Ines' place Ines was always easy to reach and willing to help before and during our stay. The neighbourhood is pretty safe and you can quickly reach Valetta, Sliema etc from there. Please mind that buses come every hour, so check the bus schedule before you leave the house. There is nothing much to do in San Gwann really but it has overall a good location.

I would like to say Ines is really helpful during our stay. Just like a mother take care of her children. She is always ready to provide list of information and always welcome you to talk to her. And the location of the house is pretty good and convenient, bus stop is just 5 mins (or less) walk and you can find many restaurants with reasonable price nearby. Thank you Ines and you husband For taking care of us, we would definitely stay with Ines if we are back to Malta!!

We had a really nice stay, the room was really beautiful, and the apartment is very nice. Ines was very friendly and a great host. The area is perfect, very close to supermarket, pharmacy,and some places to eat .Easy access to public transit. I totally recommend staying here...

Our journey was beautiful and our host Ines has contributed to it. She was always here for us, since the arrival with a good greeting, during all the journey = she looked for us at each time (it was very appreciated) and at the end of the journey with a honest goodbye. All the description in the presentation of the room was clear and equal to the reality. We had a quite room with a private bathroom, an access to a private fridge and the access to the kitchen with accessories to cook and eat. The hours for the access to the kitchen were very comfortable. You will have a supermarket and shops in 5 minutes on foot. Moreover, she took the time to discuss with us on our program and had good advises to us to visit some places or to find some typical foods. She took care of us and when we go back the evenings to the room, we saw that the beds were done and the towels are often changed. For us, Ines offers a level of services as an hotel. If you want to go to Malta and/or visit the island, the flat has a good situation regarding all the roads. You are less 40 minutes by car to all the coasts. But you have also the possibility to move on all island by bus. We rent a car and we appreciated a lot to not have any issue to park it around the flat. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to go to Gozo and Comino (the 2 other islands linked to Malta) during this journey and for sure, we will plan another journey in the future to go back to Malta to visit them. We recommand without hesitation this room for your journey in Malta regarding the situation, the facilities and especially the kindly host Ines.

Awesome experience. The room was clean. The place was exactly what we expected. Everything was perfect. The neighborhood is a bit far from the coast. At first, this was a problem, but after 2 day in Malta I was grateful for it. Some parts of Malta are noisy and this neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. Ines and her husband are a very very kind couple. They took care about me and my friend all the time. They told us which places to visit and what are the most affordable ways to do it. Highly recommend. 100%.

Estebian was an amazing host! Kind and very helpful with every question we had. His house is a beautiful place to stay, clean and tidy, and the neighbourhood is very close to the lovely St. Gulian port where you can have a drink or food. Estebian was a wonderful host and made us feel welcome at the second when he picked us up from the airport. While driving to the house he gave us a little tour around the city to show us the places to be. The room was clean and organized and looked just like a hotelroom. We had our own terrace and bathroom in the hallway. He is also having the cutest little dog Faith, who would always love to join you for breakfast or dinner haha. Estebian helped us with our questions about public transport etc and we had a wonderful time!

We had a fantastic stay at Estebian's house! The apartment was gorgeous, everything looked perfectly new and very clean! We felt really comfortable and at home. Alfonso and Tatiana are the best host I have met so far in my experience, they satisfy every little request I had with a smile, they will respect your privacy if you want to stay on your own but they will share moments with you if you want to spend time with them, like it happened to me, talking in front of a bottle of wine during dinner or in the morning drinking coffee togheter. If you need accomodation near bus stop, with lots of restaurants and grocery shops, that is the place for you. The private room is small but cozy, the kitchen is efficent. Highly recommended.

We had a very nice stay in Tatiana ans Alfonso's place. They are very welcoming, easy going and the flat is well connected to Valetta and other places in Malta. You can find everyrhing you need around the apartment (bank, groceries, buses, food, etc). We recommand :-)

Both Tatiana and Alfonso were very welcoming from the beginning till the end of our stay., they made us feel like we were visiting friends, not staying with strangers :) Tatiana was very eager to help us with whatever we needed. My sister and I stayed at Alfonsos and Tatianas house only for three nights. But it was a wonderful experience. They are two lovely persons which made our stay very comfortable. Both are open-minded, helpful and it was so nice to talk to them.  I absolutely recommend a stay with them, you will not regret it because they make you feel home! 

Tina's place was the perfect base for our time in Malta. The apartment itself was compact and very clean. It is a 10 minute walk from a good bus stop. Tina is a lovely host. She made us feel very welcome. On arrival she picked us up from the airport and already had some bottled water and food at the apartment for our breakfast. Thank you very much Tina!

Tina was very nice and helpful, there were no problems and a solution for everything. The apartement and the rooms were very nice clean and comfortable I have nothing I missed was very pleased. The neighborhood is also very nice and quiet, my only problem was that it was difficult to walk somewhere else added to one already need a car to bus or a taxi. I would recommend Tina and their accommodation in any case and would again at any time there live all was well

Tina was an awesome host from the beginning. Because our flight arrived in the early night , Tina came to the airport with the car for take us. Arriving in her place , we realized how much luck we had for chose this Airbnb. Everything was clean and modern. Tina took her time for explain us everything, showing us how to use the Public transportation and so on. We had many experiences with Airbnb in the last time but she was definitely the best so far.
