A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

In the vast park of the Château de Montriou, where biodiversity is preserved, you are welcome in a warm, restored and redeveloped house to best welcome you. For your comfort, the beds are made and the house is at a good temperature upon your arrival, towels are also provided. The garden will welcome you, finally finished, from spring for your barbecues, meals, outdoor rest time. Our goal: to feel at home!

Our town has all the amenities and is a 10-minute drive to downtown Angers (possibility to take the bus and tram). The place can accommodate up to 3 people (1 couple + 1 child).

The property has many amenities. it is independent of my house with a different entrance. the wifi network is functional, fiber optic just arrived in our small town 😉 I am delighted to welcome you, accompanied by my faithful Australian Shepherd.
