Der er kun 150 meter til nærmeste indkøbsmulighed, og det meste kan nås til fods. Huset rummer to soveværelser: ét med dobbeltseng og ét med mulighed for opredning. Derudover er der både en dobbelt luftmadras og en komfortabel sofa, hvilket gør boligen fleksibel i forhold til antallet af gæster.
