Great location with super nice sea view

Authentic smaller semi-detached house, with loft upstairs. 25 m2 west-facing terrace with (evening sun) really nice sea view to Disko Bay and the mountains of Disko Island. Possibility of whale. The house is located high in quiet neighborhood at the end of less enclosed road with residential. Short walk to shopping in the city center (grocery store and 2 supermarket), restaurants, as well as the hiking route yellow trail to Isfjorden. The home is suitable for 3 people (can be used by 4), (1 double bed, 1 sofa bed and box spring mattresses in the loft).

Jomsborg: Hus med Isfjordsudsigt fra 1. Række

This home is located in one of the absolute best locations in Ilulissat, where you can hear the sea just outside as well as the smell of the ice from Ilulissat Isfjord. It overlooks Ilulissat Isfjord, and from the house you can see boats sailing out onto the sea from the nearby harbor. If you're lucky, whales can see both the living room and the bedroom during the summer months. The home is centrally located in the city, but in a small area where there is no noise. It is easy to access winter swimming if you want to swim among icebergs.

Nyd din ferie i en unik nybygget lejlighed, med den bedste udsigt over Nuuk fjorden. Nyd solnedgangen og se nordlyset inde fra lejligheden. Det er i et roligt og hyggeligt område i den gamle og ikoniske bydel “myggedalen” Det er i gåafstand til kolonihavnen og bymidten. Den rummelige lejlighed har en hyggelig stue med stort TV, samt fuldt udstyret køkken. Soveværelset har en dobbeltseng og i stuen er der en stor og behagelig sovesofa. Lejligheden deler indgang med et lille kontorfællesskab.

The apartment is on the second floor with elevator. The apartment is with kitchen, living room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms (2 beds 200x160 & 200x140 + folding mattress & weekend bed for baby). The space is ideal for couples, family with children or travelers for work.

Denne store bolig ligger centralt og meget roligt i Ilulissat med første klasses udsigt 180 grader til ishavet. Dette stilfulde overnatningssted er perfekt til familie- og grupperejser med 3 soveværelser og en kæmpe stue. Desuden er der 100 kvm terrasse til huset med udsigt over vandet. I sommermånederne er der god sandsynlighed for at se både pukkelhvaler og finhvaler fra terrassen. Boligen ligger centralt og dog meget roligt i Ilulissat. Taxa fra lufthavnen koster omkring 120 kroner.

Cozy house just behind the Iconic Zion's Church

Feel at home in this cozy house just behind the Iconic Zion's Church and just across the road from Knud Rasmussen's museeum. Lovely apartment in quiet neighborhood close to the city center.

Stay in the quiet neighborhood near the Hernhut church, with the possibility of pleasant walks along the water and close to the center. The spacious apartment allows for cosy living room with large TV, fully equipped kitchen, as well as good bedroom and lovely relaxation room with nice lounge chair. Cozy home w/amazing views

Nice smaller apartment (about 50 sqm) in the popular area Myggedalen, where there is a cozy atmosphere in just 15 minutes walk from Nuuk Center. The area very quiet. The house is next door to the design shop Inuk Design, and is located in a quiet neighborhood in among traditional Greenlandic houses. There is a nice playground 300 meters from the house.
