Suitable for 2-4 persons or a family with max. 2 children. A small balcony invites you to linger for the sun rays in the morning and the sunset in the evening. Laundry room and private outdoor parking available. Public e-learning columns nearby. Very central and yet located on the outskirts of the city with an adjacent high-altitude path.

Clean and spacious 135m2 condominium with breathtaking views over the Austrian alps. Sleeps 8 comfortably, 10 if you squeeze it (2 on sofa bed). For a village in the alps, it couldn't be better located: walking distance to ski lifts with access to 200km slopes, historic city center of belle époque, alpine spas, train station, supermarket. Lift shuttle also stops in front of the house. Marvellous alpine walks and hikes. Free dedicated garage parking spot. Direct trains to major European cities.

This is an entire apartment with a great view to the Gastein valley! The apartment has one separate bedroom with a double bed; a charming living room with a dining table in front of the big window. There is a pull-out sofa placed in the living room, suitable for 2 persons as well. The kitchen is newly renovated and has cooking basic available for guest (e.g. coffee to start mornings). There is a shower available in the bathroom with a washing machine and one toilet separately.

Almhütte Hausberger

100 years old log house, which was demolished in 2008 in the neighboring village and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Special care was taken with regard to the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, waste wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system, the bathroom has underfloor heating. The cosy little house (75m²) served us for 10 years as a residence.

Quiet room with private bathroom, kitchenette and balcony with great views of Bad Hofgastein and the surrounding mountains. Good connection to public transport, the train station and bus stop are in the immediate vicinity (10 minutes walk). The center is also a 30-minute walk along the Gasteiner Ache.
