It was a very comfortable and comfortable space!

Lovely mezzanine flat exactly as pictured, located a very scenic 15 minutes’ walk from Old Town. Ivana was very accommodating with our check-in and check-out times which made logistics so much easier (thanks again Ivana!) Lots of grocery shops conveniently nearby, good wifi. Highly recommend as the apartment’s location gets you to see non-Old Town Dubrovnik too..

Great apartment within easy walking distance to great sites around the city in addition to the old town. Style of the place is as pictured and very easy to cook meals or eat at more local places nearby if you’d prefer eats away from the busy tourist area. Easy access and responsive host as well!

Ivana is such a kind and great host, her place has amazing location like you are really close to local Hipermarket Pemo so you can do your shopping and also you can walk to old town in 15 mins mostly, as a recommendation you should try cable car so you can see that amazing view. We really wanted to go to Lokrum island but due to season couldn’t find any ferry :( Thanks to Ivana for everything, she is highly recommended 👍👍

Beautifully decorated and fully equipped apartment in an excellent location just 20min walk from the old town and 30m from the bus station. The apartment has everything you need for a longer stay, and the hostess is extremely friendly. Certainly a recommendation.

Don't think, just book! This place is AMAZING! It's heaven on earth. Emily and Luca are two of the most stellar and acomidating people you will ever meet. This place is so perfect, I almost dont want to give it a review so I might have a chance of booking it in the future. If you're a family, a couple or a solo backpacker like I was, there is NO better place to stay to see Dubrovnik and surrounding areas in Croatia! This place I can wholeheartedly recommend! The scenery and terrace were the best. The kids loved the pool, which Emily and her husband conscientiously kept clean. The apartment was very clean, really functional and well equipped. The surrounding felt peaceful and safe. The parking space was good. By mid-October, some of the village's restaurants had already closed their doors and the water taxi was no longer taking them to Dubrovnik. Since there is not even a small grocery store within walking distance, the rental car was really convenient. Emily was extremely helpful. He booked and delivered us the tickets for 3-island cruise, and one day gave us a ride to Dubrovnik so we didn't have to worry about parking the car. The best parts of our vacation were definitely a tour of Dubrovnik's Old Town and the city beach, a dinner at Konoba Veranda, a horse adventure on the Bio Konavle farm, and just enjoying peaceful Stikovica, friendly street cats and the magnificent Adriatic Sea.

View was stunning, and the atmosphere of every place is so wonderful and romantic. My expectation was high but even better than my expectation. Room was clean, swimming pool was beautiful, Emily’s greeting and hosting were careful and thoughtful. Just unfortunate not being able to stay there longer. **the place and town is really sweet. You have Stikovica beach a few minutes away from the house and the house in on the end side of road so its really quite and calm. Again, the sunset seen from the terrace of the house was the best of all views in my life so there was no need to eat out.

We had a fantastic week with our 2 little ones! As per previous reviews great apartment, pool and terrace are amazing and clean! Hosts are friendly and we utilised them for trips etc. Can’t fault this place - lovely that there is a beach walking distance and 3 good restaurants. A little out of Dubrovnik but nice to get back to the amazing view after being a tourist for the day! Would happily stay again and recommend.

If you are thinking of booking Emily and Luka’s home - and are lucky enough to see an opening - DO NOT HESITATE! It is a dream!! Emily makes communication and setting up the trip so simple. She is there for every question and has great recommendations. She arranged our pick ups and our drop offs for us - even though she was out of town during our stay (our driver Maro was great!!). He even stopped at the grocery store on the way to the home. We arrived to freshly baked croissants (delicious) and watched the sunset while eating dinner. The location, pool and terrace are better than you can possibly imagine. It was so amazing to have breakfast out on our private terrace - then dip into the infinity pool, all overlooking the Adriatic Sea. The bed was large, firm but comfortable. Air conditioning was wonderful (even in September it was +28 - so it is needed). Emily leaves all the things would would possibly need, too. From kitchen items to laundry detergent - the home was stocked. Honesty, if you are looking to book a warm getaway but are over all-inclusives - this is the Airbnb for you. Book, relax and enjoy!

The view is simply stunning and it’s having the luxury of the amazing pool just tops it off. Emily is a great host, always ready and willing up help, and the place is sparking clean. Such a great space, I can’t wait to go back!

Our wonderful hosts went above and beyond such a beautiful setting clean apartment with all mod cons View was amazing and the lovely terrace with pool was just so relaxing. Emily also organised taxis much cheaper than getting our own. Highly recommend. The hill walking up to the apartment may not be suitable for people with mobility issues. We had buns of steel after a week at Apatman Francesca the views and sunsets are breathtaking I’d never tire of that wonderful panoramic setting Thank you Emily and Luka XxPs Fellllix 3 isle boat trip is a must what a lovely cap’i tan !!! 😂😂 xx

It was the nicest hotel I had ever used. I was impressed to pick you up from the bus terminal and take me to the terminal on the last day. The pie made by my wife was delicious and the drinks were appreciated. The convenience of the guest was very meticulous, so the basics of USB, shampoo, cooking and laundry were all very comfortable. The Old Town took about 20 minutes on foot, but it doesn't seem like a big deal compared to the hostel and the friendlyness. I will use it again next time I come to Dubrovnik. Fully recommended.

Very well maintained apartment with a sea view bedroom and balcony in the Gorica area. A little far (20 min walking) from old town and most of the sights of interest but a peaceful and romantic stay if one wants to avoid all the crowds and noise of old town. Ivo himself picked me up in his car from the Gruz bus statio, so there was no difficulty to reach. The place is sparkingly clean with all the amenities. I was delighted to find coffee, tea,fruit, milk and juice in the kitchen. Also there was a bottle of brandy and apple cake made by Ivo's wife specially for me. Ivo and his wife are amazing hosts. They stay just downstairs and a phone call away in case anything is required.

Our stay at Ivo's was wonderful. He is such a friendly and hospitable host and kindly picked us up at the bus station, gave us great city-tips and a short sight-seeing tour and was always easy to contact and quick to respond. The apartment has a lovely balcony with a great see view and was a short 20min walk to the old city. As we got there, we even got surprised with some wonderful home-made treats! Ivo puts a lot of heart and detail into hosting guests and we highly recommend staying at his place!

This place is so cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is about a half hour walk to Old Town and only a 10 minute walk to a 24-hour bakery! There is also a grocery store less than 5 minutes away if you forgot/need anything. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the location is nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend Ivo’s place!

Thank you for picking me up at the bus terminal and picking me up when I moved to my next hostel. (Both were free !!) You tried to tell us as much information as possible. Drinks and milk were provided, and wine and apple pies were made and served. (25 minutes on foot) The host lives right downstairs, so you can make a request when you need something. Everything was a satisfying hostel. Best value for money! I'm going to this place again next time !! I really recommend

Loredana was an amazing host! She was there to greet us from the start of our trip and was always very accessible! The villa was amazing, we were lost for words! Definitely made my birthday and hen extra special.

This villa is stunning, we had a group of 10 for a hen do and it was perfect, spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and Loredana the owner could not be more helpful. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants stunning sea views and a great pool, lovely outdoor eating area and stunning accommodation. No negatives, thanks for everything x

Villa de la Vie is absolutely stunning and Loredana is a host extraordinaire. The house is beautifully decorated and furnished with everything you could possibly need. Upon arrival, Loredana greeted our group of 13 with homemade cake and a cherry liquor (a local specialty). She provided recommendations for restaurants and day trips and responded immediately to any questions we had. Per her suggestion we ate at Gverovic Orsan, a wonderful restaurant 10 minutes from the house and right on the water. We liked it so much we returned a second time. She also lined up a day of wine tasting with vans and drivers, which was a highlight. Our favorite time of day was gathering for a meal in the evening and sitting outside. The views from the house are incredible. We fell in love with Dubrovnik and the Croatian people. I hope to return to Villa de la Vie.

Loredana is hands down the best host out there. She absolutely went above and beyond. We hosted a 6 night yoga retreat at her villa and she helped cater to our every move. Loredana found us the most amazing private chef to cater all of our meals, helped arranged tours, restaurant reservations and provided us with all of the tips we needed. Our group of 10 were so thrilled with the experience and stated the villa was one of the highlights of the trip. The villa is stunning and exactly as pictured. I would say our experience with Loredana and her villa was beyond that of an air bnb and more like a private resort. Don’t think twice... book this villa for events, celebrations, group trips and beyond!! Thank you Loredana!

A comfortable and beautiful appointed holiday villa. Great amenities with fabulous outdoor space for entertaining and relaxing. Stunning views out to the islands, close to Dubrovnik walled city and a plethora of delicious restaurants. Loredana is a cheerful and super helpful host organising chefs, boat trips, grocery deliveries and airport transfers. Nothing is too much trouble.

Amazing home outside Dubrovnik. Great views and very nice pool. Loredana was very involved in providing recommendations for restaurants ( Rural Household Sauvonari and Gverovic Orsan). Also, she arranged bus service to Dubrovnik Old Town ( very short 15 minutes ). However, we had no problem getting Uber at the house. The home easily supported 6 adults and 6 children. Thanks again Loredana for all your help.

We all had such a wonderful time at the villa. The house is in every aspect fantastic and made us all feel at home. Loved the outside areas. Loredana is in every aspect the perfect host. Gave us a warm welcome and provided us with a lot of information of things to do in the area.

Loredana was such a great host! She helped coordinate everything we needed and all her recommendations were fantastic from transportation to dinners. The home was beautiful and perfect for our family of 11 of all age ranges to stay.

It was soooooo nice of Ana. She was waiting for us outside with lovely baby because she help us finding parking space and welcome for check in. The parking in the old town was really tuff. That’s why we decided leave the car next Ana’s house and walking to town. It’s really close like 10 min walk. You can take uber around 20KN if you don’t wanna walk or carry some stuff. The room are absolutely amazing like the pic on the website. We enjoyed sunset,sea view, town view after we came back from the city walk. Will come back with my friends again in the summer❤️

Stunning view from the living room and bedroom. Very light and airy with the sun coming through all day. Comfortable and clean. Friendly greeting and communication from Ana. A solid work out on the legs getting up those steps too!

Gina & Viki's place was a great place to stay, upon arrival we were greeted with a smiling face with a glass of wine and a bottle of beer. Gina is a terrific host who can't do enough to help you see the sights. The view is spectacular and we would love to stay there again.

Dina and Vikki went out of their way to ensure we had a great holiday. They advised on best restaurants to eat, as well as information that only the locals know! The apartment was very very clean. The views are also amazing! We was sat out for hours just looking at the views! Bus is also close so very quick to get into town.

Gina’s Airbnb was incredibly comfortable with a stunning view of the harbor. But more importantly, she was such a gracious host, offering to hold a parking spot for us (very limited in Dubrovnik), help us with our luggage, and offer local tips. This is the perfect place to stay for access to Old Town and neighboring borrows without being ‘in the thick’ of all the tourist activity.

This is a brilliant apartment to stay in. It has really good facilities, it’s clean and has the hot tub to relax in after a hard days walk around the steps in the Old Town. Gina and Viki are great hosts and answer any questions you have and give good tips on where to go. They will also collect and take you back to the airport cheaper than a taxi would cost. The view from the terrace and hot tub area are fantastic and you definitely have more freedom with the apartment than a hotel

It is hard to put into words how great of a stay we had at Gina’s apartment. She describes the space as breathtaking and I don’t think I can think of a better word. We scoured through Airbnb to find the best place for myself and my girlfriend for our trip and this was everything we hoped for and more. First off, Gina is an incredible host who was responsive, gave great tips for local places to see, and had a very clean and comfortable apartment to stay in. We absolutely loved meeting her! Second, the location! We looked at a few different places that were closer to the Old City as we planned on visiting there, but I am so so so happy we chose this apartment. It is so close to the bus stop that takes you into the Old City for cheap (about an 8-10 minute ride), but has you staying in a more quiet and peaceful part of town and up the hill looking down on the beautiful harbor. It is simply in the perfect location and I would absolutely look no further for your booking if location is your biggest concern. Visiting the Old City was great, but also Sunset Beach and the Cave Bar More were so great and much closer to where we were staying. Lastly, the space and amenities. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, the shower was refreshing, and the kitchenette was perfect for a quick home made meal if you choose. But you simply cannot beat the view from the terrace and the jacuzzi. I will keep memories from the sites we saw forever, but some of my fondest memories from Croatia were sitting and drinking coffee on the terrace and looking out on the quiet harbor in the morning or sitting in the jacuzzi with a glass of wine as the sun set right in front of us. I can’t say enough good things about this place. If I ever make it back to Croatia (and I really hope I do), there is no doubt that I will be looking to see if I can stay in Gina’s apartment again.

The views, hot tub and patio are terrific. The apartment is nice and clean with all of the basics. But if you have any physical mobility issues (knees etc) you should be aware that there are hundreds of steps down to the grocery and restaurants and a shorter steep path up to the bus stop which is on a busy highway. Check this out during the day. Gina and her husband are great hosts, very accommodating.

Awesome hosts with excellent facilities.

My husband and I visited Gina's place as a treat (without the kids!!) for his 40th birthday. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay or better hosts!! Gina and Viki were attentive and so helpful - from the moment Viki collected us from the airport. The apartment is wonderful with the most stunning views and a lovely jacuzzi too! We fell in love with Dubrovnik and Croatia in just 5 days of being there and can't wait to come back again some day. Book this place - you won't be disappointed!!

This house is hard to find. As long as you drive, search for apartment luka on Google Maps, and drive a few meters further. If you do n’t drive, you have to walk a long, long staircase to get there. To enter the city is also to take the stairs. This is too painful. Everything else is perfect. The rooms are large and the living room is larger. Completely independent use. There is a kitchen for cooking. The most important thing is that the balcony view is perfect. very best view.

Everything was perfect. The view from the house is amazing even during the winter. One highlight of the place was their tech shower cubicle that equipped with different settings of water feature for relaxation. Amazing!

This place is a perfect location. Great view, spacious for two people, close to the old town, but away from the bustle. We loved it.

The view from the balcony is very good. Very well equipped and fully equipped kitchen. The shower booth is not so big that 180 people can be a bit uncomfortable, but the water pressure is good. There are only 180 steps, so get on the road to the back of the road and enter the building. But there is nothing to be disappointed as the wonderful view is waiting for you.

Najra’s place was great. A little bit of a hike up but we just used Ubered to and from old town which was very easy! Stunning view at sunset and the place was great for two people. Najra was very quick for communication and answered all of our questions well :)

Great stay in Dubrovnik. Quiet and very cozy little apartment up the hill with everything you need and nice view from the terrace. Bed was very comfortable and we had good nights sleep.

Najra was really nice host. Everything was perfect. She even arranged taxi for pick up from the airport. She was so responsive on texts. Place is little far from the old city but you can get a bus right next to the street.

We really enjoyed our time at Najra's apartment. Everything we needed was there, plus the lovely neighboring cats which, by the way, we truly love having near by. We had a beautiful view and also the walking to the old town and other places in Dubrovnik was the better way to get to know a bit more of the real city and people.

This place is amazing and Nela make it even better, thank you once again for your amazing hospitality! Nela‘s place is great, spotless clean and really well connected to the old town! The guest appartment with kitchen and bathroom is separate as they live upstairs, so we have our on privacy. The garden area and terrasse is gorgeous with outstanding views! Communication with Nela could not been better as she was in touch from the beginning, replying always quickly to our messages/queries and gave us really good recommendations, the restaurant nearby was delicious by the way! She also let us do an early check-in and a late check-out because the other guests were leaving early the day we arrived. I strongly recommend this place as it was one of my best experience with air b&b. See you next time Nela! 😃

A nice place if you want to stay a little out from the Old Town, but not too far. It was about a 5 minute Uber drive. Nela was so communicative and helpful and her husband offered great inside tips to navigating Old Town. Be aware, there are a number of steps to get to their place; however, we certainly enjoyed our morning coffee and view from the terrace.

Nela’s place was 5 stars!! We had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this place to you if you want to be be close to where all the action is happening (old city), but far enough to have your own peace and quiet after a day of exploring Dubrovnik. This home was about 5-10 minutes away from city center, which was perfect for us. Stay with Nela if you want the best hospitality and host! She is so so sweet! 💕

This apartment was very clean and had plenty of literature for tours and activities in the area. The outside terrace was beautiful with an amazing view. The restaurant Konoba Bonaca right by the apartment was amazing with excellent service! We highly recommend this place.

The location is so perfect and Nela is so kind (her husband too!) . It is very easy to go to the old city by bus. I hope to go there again very very soon !!

The view from the house is amazing..wish we could post photos! There was a bus stop right across the street and you could be at old town in 10-15 minutes. Luksha was a great help, saving a spot for our rental car, getting us reservations at the restaurant by the house and giving us lots of good tips. There were 70+ steps to the house itself so keep this in mind:) Otherwise, an exceptional Airbnb experience!

We stayed at Nela's beautiful place for a day. You can't find a better place than this in Dubrovnik. Amazing host, excellent hospitality, and wonderful house with such a beautiful garden and also interiors. She was really helpful in guiding us what to do in Dubrovnik, and also her husband dropped us to bus station at 2:45am in the morning as we had bus at 3am. If I'm coming to Dubrovnik again I'll definitely stay here. And I recommend this place a thousand times.

We had a lovely time at Mihaela's place. We didnt realise that it was across the road from the bus station which was perfect as we often took the bus to the old town and took a coach to Montenegro. We also very much appreciated the fruits that were prepared as soon as we arrived at the place. The balcony was also a plus. It was nice so nice to sit down every morning and every end of the day while drinking our tea while admiring the view. Overall the place is very much accessible with the bus station and restaurants so close to it. The old town is only 15 mins bus ride. Thank you again for letting us stay at your place. We had a lovely time.

Perfect accommodation, a very good home, very good location, bus stop, restaurants and supermarket at the foot of the apartment. A map of the city and a folder with addresses are at our service in the apartment. I highly recommend this accommodation. Mihaela arranged our transfer from the airport 30 €. We even asked for a transfer for the return as we were leaving late so we could even have our bags packed that day so as not to be cluttered to enjoy our last day of sightseeing. Perfect stay.

Beautiful place. Great location. The owner is very friendly. He waited on the Main Street at 12am for us to arrive. Carried our large suitcase up the stairs and gave us great tips for our stay. Free and safe parking. Definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent location, the Tourist Board Center just walks around 7 mins and the Bus Station is cross the road. Actually, we didn't follow our schedule because we got sick and we stayed at Mihaela's apt for two days. But the apt is very comfortable and face the port. We were great that we could have so the nice place to take a rest.

I stayed here with 2 friends for 4 nights and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Hosts were all so friendly and Mihaela was very helpful, even letting us check in slightly earlier due to our flight being early. The space was big enough for the 3 of us and very clean. Really handy location, right outside the bus stop which only takes 15 minutes to get into the old town. There was a nice touch of a folder in the apartment full of recommendations and helpful tips eg. Bus times, which came in very handy. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends visiting dubrovnik. Thank you for a great stay!

Just as described. Great location, easy bus ride to the old town of Dubrovnik. Great restaurant downstairs. Friendly host and fun waiter (Roberto) in restaurant. Good value.

We were met by Antun ‘s parents who gave us the key to the apartment. Antun arrived shortly after and provided us with lots of information and suggestions of things to do in Dubrovnik. His family run the lovely restaurant downstairs. The apartment is gorgeous, spacious and comfortable. It was also sparkling clean and contained a few welcome extras such as candles, oil and vinegar. It is very well equipped . Antun was very responsive and appeared within 15 minutes when we had a problem with the air conditioning. There is also a little area outside to sit. The flat overlooks the harbour and the view is stunning. Despite being a few km from the old city, there are no pavements to safely walk so you need to use the bus ( a very frequent service) which stops right outside the apartment.

A very attentive host gave us varied information about Dubrovnic, and was always attentive to the phone for anything. The apartment as seen in the images. In addition, its restaurant serves and serves exceptional food.

Antun is a first rate host. He stayed in communication prior to check in, met us at his apartment, gave us in depth information on transit, attractions, etc, and was responsive to communications. His place was stylish and clean, very comfortable to stay in. Would recommend to anyone!

We had a wonderful time at Antun’s appartment. The appartment has everything you will need and downstairs there is also a great restaurant with superb food and staff. Antun was a really nice host, he welcomed us with a bottle of wine and changed the towels after a few days. He was very fast with responding as well! Besides all of this the real selling point is the view: nothing short of magical!

Absolutely worth it! The view from the terrace is amazing. The place is a little bit far from old town but the view i think is sufficient to offset that. Very easy to book uber as well and there’s a lot of good restaurants 5-10 minutes walk.

I arrived in Dubrovnik at around 11 pm and my host husband picked me up at my house and helped me check in. I was tired from my long journey in Korea, but I bought it at the duty-free shop until late at night, despite the warm welcome and terrace view! Close to the New Town harbor and the view is fantastic. The view unfolds at about 5:30 in the morning ... You can easily walk to the Old Town in 40 minutes or by bus number 3 near the property. Don't miss out on magazines in the Old Town and enjoy the views of the New Town and the views to the Old Town! Thank you for your kindness! If you get a chance, I want to tie you again !! :)

Katija is a great host, we only got to meet her when we checked in but she was very kind and helpful. The house itself has 3 two-bedroom units in it, a shared kitchen and living room along with 3 bathrooms. there is one parking spot available as well, so make sure you email ahead of time to book it. Also, this place is located at the top of the hill and it requires a bit of effort to walk up. probably not the best for elderly people, but it's fine for young folks. overall our room was very clean and it had a great view. recommended.

Nice and quiet stay. You can take a bus (15min) to the center or walk (45min). Katija gave us a lot of local tips! The room is ok, you have a balcon with a nice view and the badroom is very clean!

Katija is a great host, very welcoming and informative, leaving us with a leaflet to look through. Room was very clean and had a great view. Half hour walk to Old Town, bus stop 2 minutes away. There is shared living space aswell as indoor and outdoor kitchen but we just ate out in the old town as opposed to cooking for ourselves.

Fantastic apartment, perfect location, stunning view, this is where you want to stay in Dubrovnik. A few minutes from dubrovnik, bus stop right outside apartment buses every few minutes. Apartment is spotless and just above the beautiful konoba bonaca, what a fantastic restaurant, in my opinion the best restaurant in dubrovnik. The restaurant and apartments are family run, and they can not do enough for you. Antun was the perfect host, was there to meet us and advise us on what to do and see in Dubrovnik, excellent communication throughout. Would certainly recommend. 10/10

Antun’s place is just as described! The view from the room is exceptional and it’s close to the town. Big bonus to their family restaurant downstairs that is soooo delicious with the best service!! Everything you need from cooking to cleaning is included. Definitely recommend staying here!!

Where to start ... ? Already by the reception: at the top! Antun is a remarkable host who took the time to pick us up at the bus station and explained what to do and how to do on Dubrovnik. Endearing and benevolent, he is unquestionably one of those people we love to discover during travels. The apartment then: great location (ten minutes from the historic city center by bus) and very well connected by bus. No need to think of taking a car there, it would ruin your money for nothing. The rotation of buses is good enough and it is very easy to get there (rest assured, it is very quiet and packed at all ... it's air conditioned!). Finally, little more, the Antun family is the restaurant on the ground floor of the apartment. The incessant ballet of taxis that drop off customers allows you to certify that I am not the only one to appreciate their cuisine! Quite frankly, we can only recommend Antun and all his family. They are extra !!!

Antun was a great host. The appartament was very nice ,clean and with all the stoles You Need. Ther Is also alaundry machine. Antun grave US a lot of info about touristic services that was very helpful. He also helped US to organize a taxi. It has been a grean week of vacation in a very nice Place with a nice wiev of the Sea!!from the Windows of the appartament It seems You could Jump in!!! Recomended for sure! I hope to be back soon

10/10!! The location was absolutley stunning, just outside the main part of dubrovnik but only 10min bus journey to the main area! Antun was a brilliant host, him and his family made us feel so welcome! Antun was always on hand to help us before and throughout our trip, would highly recommend!

Autun welcomed us with a smile and sympathy despite our delay caused by the travel company. The accommodation is very well located for visiting Dubrovnik or the islands next door. The bus in front of the house takes you to the old town in 20 minutes to two stops to take Ferré and visit the islands. Free parking in front of the house, a bit difficult to find a place. A nice restaurant to test below the house run by the brother of Antun. The least I can say is that we unfortunately can not walk to the harbor or the city because no sidewalks and also be very careful to cross, because the cars roll too fast and housing is in a bend.

The apartment is perfectly situated, Antun was available and the restaurant down is a huge addition.

We spent 10 perfect days at Antun. He gave us valuable tips for visiting the most iconic sites. Having had a slight health concern, he arranged with his dad for him to take us to the emergency room and took our news every day that followed. The apartment is located on a bus line that serves directly and very often the old town. I highly recommend

If you read other reviews saying that Danica was the best host they ever had, it’s completely true! We are so thankful we chose to stay with her. She gave us lots of tips on how to move around on the bus, places and dishes to try. She constantly checked that we were doing well or if we needed anything. She will make you feel at home.

Our stay with Danica was amazing - one of the best air bnbs we have stayed in. Danica is such a warm friendly and caring person, she went above and beyond to make us comfortable and make us feel at home. When we arrived Danica gave us fresh fruit, lovely biscuits and coffee. She gave us a thorough explanation of what we could do with our short time in Dubrovnik, including lovely restaurant suggestions and found us a three island boat tour for a great price. Danica also showed us where we could get the bus from to the old town and gave us all the bus times (buses very easy and simple to get). Danica also served us breakfast and coffee each day which was free! We can’t recommend Danica’s place more - you’ll get amazing views, food and be very well looked after.

Danica picked us up at the airport and dropped us off at the bus terminal at the end if our stay. She gave us a lot of information of what to do in Dubrovnik. Delicious homemade limoncello! The terrace has a beautiful view of the port of Dubrovnik. I couldn’t get enough of it. Apartment was close to all the major sights. You can walk or take a bus. We really enjoyed the boat tour she recommended to the Elafiti Islands. I would recommend Danica Guest House.

Danica is a wonderful hostess. Her intimate knowledge of the history of Dubrovnik and helpful info about the buses and tourist sites was invaluable in making our stay so good. We also appreciated her help in arranging a boat tour for us. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable and the warmth and hospitality of the hostess was great.

Housing completely in line with the announcement, very pleasant to live and very well located in relation to shops, bus stops and the old town. We had a very good week in Dubrovnik.

Nikolas place is in a great location close to the port and public transport into the old town. Local buses are only a 5 minute walk away. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to save some money and eat at home .. You can walk to the beach in Lapad in 20-30 minutes. The patio is a great place to have a relaxing breakfast or a drink in the evening after climbing all the steps of Dubrovnik . I would definitely recommend a stay here-- the apartment is modern and clean and they even have filter coffee machine to help get some energy for Dubrovnik's sights.

Nice house everything was perfect.

The studio was bettet than we expected. It was really clean and we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed drinking coffe in the garden and it didn't took us long to the old town (8 min per bus, and the bus station is 4 min to walk from the studio). We can also really recommend to rent a scooter for exploring some beaches. Our favorite one was the st. Jakob's beach near the old town. Nikola will give you all the information about the city when she welcome you in the studio - fantastic service, feels like in an hotel. We really had a perfekt stay there.

Wonderfull place for couples. Garden makes you feel like at home, very clean and nice inside. Close to everything also host is very kind and you can ask them about everything you need.

Nikola’s place is gorgeous! It is located in the quiet neighbourhood yet it’s close to the shops and main bus stop. A specious apartment has the best front garden to sit in and relax. We enjoyed and liked it very much. The only minor feedback is the check in process could be a bit smoother. The lady who managed the property also checked us in appeared to be annoyed because we arrived late. We arrived late because the bus was very delayed at border control and it was outside our control. There should have some understanding that international guests may not have international roaming or wifi connection to give an update. Even she did attempt to call.

Really very nice accommodation, very well located with all the necessary equipment. Bus 2 min to go in the old town otherwise everything can be done on foot easily. Shop for shopping, bakery, pharmacy next door too. Very nice stay. To recommend +++

The room was large and clean, with a balcony and comfortable. It is difficult to go up the hill from the port with large luggage, but the view is good.

Alan's place is great. Would definitely stay here again. It's a 15/20 minute bus ride to Central Split. There are steps to navigate.

It was our best Airbnb in Croatia. We arrived early at 10am and Ivo already had the apartment ready for us and we could leave the car for the day in the free parking spot on the street. It only is a 9$ (CAD) Uber ride from downtown or a 30 minute walk. Because it is close to Gruz port, there are a couple restaurants down there (the Amfora was our favorite) and many markets only a short 5 minute walk away. Ivo responded very quickly to my messages. The apartment was very big, both terraces were awesome and there is everything you need to cook inside, even a toaster (don’t underestimate how uncommon it is in Croatia) and 2 coffee machines. We whole heartedly recommend this place!!!

Perfect house with great view for visiting Dubrovnik. We were 5 and house is really big enough ! I advise to take taxi to city instead of bus.

We arrived on a super hot day with a SUV, so the 5 of us are grateful there is a parking spot reserved for us near the entrance. The communications was great as Ivo is constantly sending messages or replying emails trying to solve any issues. The location is quite nice as it is only 10-mins Uber ride away from the old town - we figured it is nearly impossible to park near that whole area during summer so didn't even bother to try. Dubrovnik Beer Company, port, bus stop all are only minutes away. We had a good time- thanks Ivo!

We were four on a city break and felt very comfortable with Ivo. He always responded to emails very quickly and was also there when we needed him. Very happy again!

Ivo's apartment is wide and full of light. There is a very nice terrace where you can have breakfast or dinner and the view on the sunset is amazing! Reaching the centre of Dubrovnik is very easy without having to take the car (parking in Dubrovnik centre is really expensive). The kitchen is small but well furnished and the bedrooms are very nice. I really recommend this place if you are visiting Dubrovnik!

Very nice apartment, very clean, very well equipped, in the district of the port. Ivo is very responsive and responds very quickly. Discrete person but very helpful. He greeted us and helped us carry our bags. Very well located, near a big food store, near the bus stops. The terrace has a great view with the sunset every night, the beds are comfortable and there is air conditioning. The old town is reachable by bus in ten minutes, and the bus stop is 5 minutes from the house. Highly recommended !!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Dubrovnik. The apartment is in a great location and has breathtaking views, both day and night! It is very easy to get around as the apartment is close to a bus stop and taxis into the old town are frequent and cheap! We had some great recommendations from the host which meant we had a jam packed stay but we loved every minute of it! Would definitely return for another visit and recommend this apartment to anyone looking to explore Dubrovnik. The highlight of our holiday was the trip we made to Cavtat - it is absolutely beautiful and is completely different to the old town!!

The apartment had a beautiful view of the harbor of Dubrovnik. It was very clean and well equipped. The way to the apartment is really steep but with the bus it is easy to reach. In addition, it is easy to get to the old town by bus.

I ended up staying in a different room so can't comment directly on the apartment. The building is located in a nice area with great views over the port and near to a good hike up the mountain. I was happy to walk to the Old Town but if the many steps are a bit daunting then cheap buses are nearby. Jasmina herself is a very friendly host and check in and out was very easy.

Place was overall a great value for the price. The bus stop was nearby to get into town and the parking space was very helpful. The place itself had almost everything you would need and Jasmina was very hospitable as a host!

Everything was wonderful. Amel met us at the bus station and allowed us to leave our luggage while the rooms were being cleaned, and he drove us to the city. He eats in housing. All that is needed. The only one is very high, on the mountain itself. Such hospitality has never been seen anywhere else.

I had very bad cough and his wife made local cough remedy for me every day morning and evening and were so caring towards me.. I can't thank them enough. Ivica’s place is a lovely studio apartment. It was really clean and had a lovely bathroom with a powerful shower. He really is a lovely man who was understanding when I had to change the dates of my reservation with him. He met us on arrival and we actually got to check in early so we could leave our stuff there early and get on with our day. He explained the best ways to get around the city and answered any questions too. There is a bus stop right outside the apartment which takes you to the old town in 15 minutes. The buses are quite busy but this is to be expected in such a popular city in Croatia, and would be the case no matter which bus you get in the city. The area is safe and has lovely views too! Would recommend this place to anyone and would stay again. Many thanks!

Ivica is such a beatiful human being!!! Brand new interior, top air-condition, and the bus stop is in front of the apartment. Bus NR. 1a and 1b take you in 5 min. in the heart of Dubrovnik! We really suggest the restaurant near the apartment!! We will come again !!!! ❤️

very nice studio, Ivica was very kind. In the apartment there is air conditioning, electric stove and refrigerator. it is very well connected to the center of the Old City of Dubrovnik with buses 1A and 1B which stop very close to the house. the entrance is independent.

Ivica’s place is located in a quite convenient place. Really easy access with the local bus. The apartment is exactly how it is described and it worth for the money.

Stay here! Really, this was a perfect spot in Dubrovnik. Overlooking the port and away from the bustle of Old Town and cruise ships. You sit on the patio and watch the world sail by. Short ($10) Uber ride (yes Uber is in Dubrovnik and works great) to the Old Town gates (Pile Gate). The apartment sits up on the top of the hillside looking down, and out, to sea. Got some amazing sunset pictures to remember this beautiful place. Clean and comfy apartment with kitchen. Washer works like a charm. Loved this place!

Listing Location 짱짱 맨 There's really no need for anything else and I'm honestly looking at the view restaurant ㅋㅋㅋ Especially, the night view is amazing I went to a panoramic restaurant. I was so impressed to see fireworks last night. I think it's good to rent a car and I moved to Uber and it takes 10-15 minutes to fillegate and it costs between 50-60 kuna. The day and night views were pretty, so it was okay to be far from the old town. The cleanliness of the kitchen is a little bit of scrubbing brush and I didn't want to touch it. It was a cold water rubbing in the middle of the shower. When you came as fast as a knife lol

The apartment was simple and clean, with beautiful views and a convenient location. While it’s not directly in old town, this was a positive to me, since we were able to avoid the noise and traffic. Still it was just a few minutes drive to all the action. Dino was also extremely responsive, which was greatly appreciated!

Excellent place and the view was fantastic!

The accommodation of Dino is very functional with above all a magnificent and breathtaking view of the port of Dubrovnik! We had the right to sunset / sunrise every time. It is really the ideal accommodation to stay for a few days! And we were 15min in Uber from the old town. We will come back with pleasure. Dino even offered to pick us up and bring us to the airport, very convenient.

You will find a great clean apartment with a balcony and a very nice view (very convenient also with a parking space). Alen is very friendly and gave us some good tips. He is very responsive in case of trouble or question.

Words don’t do this place justice. The place itself is clean, comfortable and beautiful but the view is the most spectacular thing. You could spend your entire trip on the balcony and be satisfied. I have never met kinder hosts, tending to all of our needs and welcoming us into their home. I would definitely recommend booking this place & I hope to book this place again in the future.

I would highly recommend this apartment to everyone, it was spotless & beautifully decorated with fantastic views & easy walk into the old town. There are a lot of steps so not good for everyone but we loved it. We wish we had stayed longer.

Great private apartment for exploring Dubrovnik and it’s surroundings! There is free parking and the bus is extremely easy to use and affordable. The apartment is at the last stop on the number 3 bus loop, which is convenient. You can also walk down to a harbor for some nice dinning options that are reasonably priced and away from the city crowds. The view from the apartment is amazing and the neighborhood is cozy and safe.

Lovely place to stay in Dubrovnik. Just a short bus ride away to the Old Town and the bus stop is literally a few steps down from the apartment. The place was clean quiet and Emilio provided lots of helpful tips when we arrived about Dubrovnik. We booked a tour through him too which he sorted out for us. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place - but be aware there are a few steps to the apartment if anyone struggles with steps! :)

The view was awesome. The apartment has everything and very comfortable. I would stay here again when I come again.

Very nice view from the balcony, not so far from old town and could be reached in few minutes by buses. Clean place and we were welcomed by the agent with all local tips given. Wonderful stay overall.

Lovely studio apartment! View was amazing and the host was extremely welcoming and offered an abundance of helpful local tips. Too far from Old Town to walk but Uber was great to get us back and forth for cheap! Also super close to a bus stop. We would recommend this spot for sure!

It’s really a great experience for me to stay in Andro’s apartment, I reserved a airport pick up service from Andro, it’s beyond my expectations, Andro is pretty warm after taking in his car he starts to introduce about this place and this country! Even we stopped by the top of the town where I can see the whole old city! After arriving at the flat Andro’s wife was waiting for me with the homemade wine! And they drive me to the old town to buy bus tickets, give me very useful suggestions as well! The location is away from the noise and easy to catch no.3 or no. 8 bus to old town, the view of the balcony is awesome and you can see very beautiful sunset every evening! Highly recommend!

Andro and his wife went above and beyond to help us and pick us up from the airport and take our luggage to the port for storage at the end of our stay. We had such a lovely time. The apartment was so picturesque with the most amazing views and modern interior. We had everything we needed and Andro was more than happy to help with anything else we needed. This is a great place to stay. Where to begin? Our hosts - Andro and Jelena were so warm and welcoming - picking us up at the airport, providing cheese and meats and wine as we arrived late, and food for breakfast too. The apartment is spotless and comfortable. There was good fast wifi and Netflicks. The view from the balcony is amazing. It is easy to catch the #3 bus and get to the old town. There is a great laundry near by for washing clothes. This is a wonderful place to stay, book and do not hesitate. Our hosts were always available to answer questions and we had no problems contacting them. Thank you Andro and Jelena and Ivona for making our stay in Dubrovnik so enjoyable and for being such generous and kind hosts!

Such a warm welcoming, accommodation was spectacular and the care given by the hosts was phenomenal. I felt so at home, so welcome and to top it off, the view from the apartment was the icing on the cake. It was easy to get to and from Old Town via bus or Uber. There is a market nearby, a few restaurants within walking distance and plenty of opportunities to take gorgeous photos. I wish my stay had been longer than 2 days, Dubrovnik has so much more to offer. Will definitely be back to visit again!

Fantastic hosts! We were greeted at the airport and taken to the apartment. It was spotless with lots of thoughtful touches like milk, beer, tea and coffee already in the apartment. The view was amazing and pictures don't do it justice. We will reccomend to friends & family x

The house is so great, clean and warm. Ivona and her husband are so kind and help us a lot during this trip. There is a amazing view from the balcony and all the things we need was prepared so well. There was also a bus station near the apartment to go the old town. We really reccomand it.

Lovely family hosts. Amazing view better than pics. Had to walk up hill to the bus into the Old Town - bus about 20 min. easy to catch both ways. Bed was a double size - a bit small for 2 tall people. Very clean & hosts very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic view from the private balcony. Everything was very clean, even the shared bathroom. Driving you have the steep hills and turns to get to the apartment.

Alma was a great host. We did not have a chance to meet her in person, but her instructions to reach the destination and very prompt communication was remarkable. With the whole heart, we would recommend staying at Alma's place for your trip to Dubrovnik.

Alma was a great host! The Airbnb is really clean with a great view. The bus to and from Old Town is super convenient and pretty cheap.

We enjoyed staying in Alma's home. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning, perfect for having nice breakfast ans drinking some wine in the evening.

This was a really great apartment. I highly recommend it. Exactly as described. It’s a really great place for a solo traveler or couple.

The apartment is closed to the biggest central bus station (15 minutes by foot). There is a bus to the old town but you can also climb the many steps to the flat from the harbor. The view from the apartment is nice and there is a nice terrace also.

Jelena and her mom were very welcoming and super sweet! They left us some special treats for our honeymoon which was really thoughtful and kind! The place is super comfy and their Rakija is great :) They even had sunscreen and other things travelers might need :) Make sure to check out the view from the roof!

We needed an apartment the day before we left. The restaurant access in Dubrovnik is easy on foot, access from the old town is by bus :) Jelena welcomed us, and she gave us all the info to move us and the places to see in the old town. The apartment is comfort and there is a parking place :) We had a good time before we left. I would go back!

Your place is beautifully located on the hillside with a great outside view to the sea, the port, and the city. It is so close to the city bus station. I liked to take the bus to Old Town, which makes me feel like a local. You have perfected your hosting space, so every little detail is thoughtful and carefully maintained. The place is sparkling clean, well-lit, and very quiet at night. The bottled water and the tea are heart-warming and much appreciated. Thank you for the super helpful orientation, ride, and local tips. I hope I can visit and stay again.

Great appartement near public transportation. The hosts wear very kind and helpful.

We (my wife and I) loved staying at this flat. We used it as a base with a great connection into town and boats/ ferries heading from the Port (3-5min walk) to Mijet National park and Lopud. The host was very helpful with advise and check in etc. This is an area where locals live and cheaper than old town. Highly recommendable.

It’s the perfect location when you travel by public transport! We arrived by bus (10min walk) and left with ferry (5min walk). To go into old town you just need to hop-on at the busstop (5min walk). The host is very friendly, she gave us all the information we needed when we checked-in.

Host picked us up at the ferry terminal and provided tips on how to get around. Apartment was spacious and had a comfortable bed. Close to bus stop to get into old town.

Welcome, nice and comfortable apartment

Our room was very clean and our host let us drop off our luggage early before the official checkin time. They also offered us two keys which I greatly appreciated. All the other Airbnb’s we stayed at only gave out one key. Two keys is definitely more convenient.

Ideal apartment located v close to main bus station and harbour

Highly recommended for those traveling to other parts of Dubrovnik. The accommodation is within 2-3 minutes' walk from the main bus terminal, and the host's directions are very friendly and easy to find. I was a little worried about the noise because it was located along the main street, but it wasn't so bad that I and my friend were very comfortable! However, if there is one unfortunate thing, wash it first and wash it later, the warm water does not come out ^^ ;; Except for this, you can get in touch with the host quickly. It was a very satisfying place :)

This place was very conveniently located next to the bus station and 600 meters from the port. There are direct buses to the Old Town. The apartment was well equipped and clean.

Sladjana’s place was lovely. Small but cozy and has everything you need. The best part of the Airbnb is its location, only 100 m from the airport bus station and across the street is the station to get to Old Kotor, which only takes about 10 minutes. Many great restaurants nearby so if you want to avoid the crowds in Old Town, you can just stay around and have dinner near the Airbnb (We recommend Bistro 49). Sladjana was always readily available and communication was smooth. Her family also gave us great local tips. Self-check-in was a bonus. The only downfall of the apartment is that there’s only one aircon in the living room, so it got quite hot in the bedroom at night. But other than that, we enjoyed our stay! Would totally recommend.

Mario's place was great! It's simple, but well decorated and laid out. We loved the location - near the Autobusni. It's a short walk to a great bistro, the bus we took from Zagreb and the city bus. The terrace is lovely at sunset. Surprisingly quiet for being on the main road into town. They gave us advice about how to get around and what to do. (His mom met us. ) They were patient as we learned about how to use southern Croatian appliances. (The hot water heater has it's own switch!) It's small-ish, but we like that. We spend most of our time out and about anyway. The location via AirBnB was messed up, but a quick message to Mario fixed it.

The apartments are cool, spacious, cool. First floor) Close to the bus station (12 Kun) and you are in the old town. Of course, you can also walk, 3 km. Nearby there is a supermarket, bakery) I can only recommend who comes to Dubrovnik, go to Mario))
