Podere Piazza is a country estate, has its origins in the 15th century, the cottage was built at the beginning of the 17th century. Podere Piazza was the residence of Alessandro Cervini degli Spannocchi, who was appointed Archbishop of Siena on 29 May 1747, he was a Nobile di Montepulciano and patrician of Siena. The buildings of Podere Piazza still bear his coat of arms today. This explains our little church, at the road junction, in front of it on the right to the Pine Alley and on the left into the driveway.

The Abbacio apartment is part of an old farmhouse that has been restored respecting the original structure and style. Its location is just on the top of the hill, facing the valley. Surronded by vineyards and olive trees, but also attached to the village. From the house you can easily reach by feet wineries, farms and restaurants. Panzano is halfway between Florence and Siena, easily reached with car. By bus there is a good service from and to Florence, not from and to Siena. A very quiet spot!

Molto luminoso, pavimenti in cotto e soffitti a travi, arredato con mobilia e oggetti di rigatteria (era il mio lavoro), e' composto da due camere, un salotto, cucina e bagno. Offriamo un'ampia stanza con un letto francese, una camera singola, la cucina in stile e attrezzata, una buona colazione.
