Es handelt sich um eine 31-QM-Wohnung am Hang mit Garten , Marmorbad, Esszimmerchen, Garten & Terrasse. ABSOLUTE NICHTRAUCHER UNTERKUNFT! D.Bus 8 fährt ca.alle 15Min. v.Hauptbahnhof & man läuft von der Wohnung ca. 10-12 Min. runter in die City sowie z. Oper/Kurhaus/Therme. Die Wohnung liegt zentral am Hang aber in 1 sehr ruhigen Gegend. Da wir zwischen 2 Städten pendeln, bieten wir die Wohnung mal zur Alleinnutzung an und mal kann es sein dass einer von uns beiden auch anwesend ist.

The property is located in Dotzheim-Kohlheck, with quick access to the forest. The room with bathroom is about 19 m² and has a workplace with good Wi-Fi connection. The bed has a lying surface of 140 x 200 m. The nearest bus stop can be reached in about 5 minutes' walk and the city center is about 10 minutes drive away. The nearest Rewe or bakery with breakfast option can be reached in 10 minutes walk.

New flat (completed 2020, 85 square meters) in the centre of Offenbach am Main. 5 min walk to Main Railway station; 8 min walk to the Underground (Offenbach Marktplatz). From both stations you reach Frankfurt within 10 minutes. The 3 room flat is fully equiped with a new/high-standard kitchen. The flat is on the second floor (elevator available) and includes a balcony.

For short breaks (cyclists/boaters) who want to stay one or two nights at short notice. Simple equipment, single kitchen, shower and toilet on the first floor, upstairs bedroom with double bed. The loft is located in a picturesque mill estate, with its own small lake and park swimming pool opposite. The apartment was lovingly renovated by us in May 2025. With the wooden beams and the lake view, it offers a cozy flair and the perfect opportunity to relax after a city trip.

We offer our guests a cozy bedroom, a toilet (without shower!), and a spacious kitchen in our office. Mondays to Fridays between 8 am and 7 pm we share the toilet and kitchen with our guests! Outside these times, our guests can enjoy their private space.
