D.Bus 8 fährt ca.alle 15Min. v.Hauptbahnhof & man läuft von der Wohnung ca. 10-12 Min. runter in die City sowie z. Oper/Kurhaus/Therme. Die Wohnung liegt zentral am Hang aber in 1 sehr ruhigen Gegend. Da wir zwischen 2 Städten pendeln, bieten wir die Wohnung mal zur Alleinnutzung an und mal kann es sein dass einer von uns beiden auch anwesend ist.

Auf besonderen Wunsch bekommst du auch einen Haustürschlüssel um die Küche nutzen zu können. Das kleine Zimmer hat auch einen Internet. Eigene Dusche, WC, Spiegel und Waschbecken. Nice little apartment in the Martinsviertel!

The 30 sqm bright apartment is located in the popular Darmstadt Martinsviertel. It was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2016. There is a separate entrance/exit to the apartment from the street. Guests are welcome to go out into the garden to relax. The tram to the main train station and the city, the city center and the Technical University of Darmstadt can be reached within 10 minutes. The apartment is rented by us for 2 days to a maximum of 1 month.

Located in an industrial monument in Offenbach am Main, this modern apartment with 80 sqm is large enough to feel comfortable. The apartment does not have a kitchen, but for a good start to your day there are kettles for tea and a coffee pad machine available. There is also a fridge and a microwave. Free parking is available on the street. Good public transport connections to Frankfurt city centre (30min), trade fair and airport (45min).

Sleeping in the studio

With this special accommodation, all the important points of contact are close by – making it easy to plan your stay. The apartment is located just above a unique tea shop. There you can choose your desired tea right away. ;) In the immediate vicinity is the bakery and a small Italian shop where you can take care of yourself. The S-Bahn is a 10-minute walk away and you can be in Frankfurt in 25 minutes.

New flat (completed 2020, 85 square meters) in the centre of Offenbach am Main. 5 min walk to Main Railway station; 8 min walk to the Underground (Offenbach Marktplatz). From both stations you reach Frankfurt within 10 minutes. The 3 room flat is fully equiped with a new/high-standard kitchen. The flat is on the second floor (elevator available) and includes a balcony.

The room with integrated kitchenette and separate shower room/toilet has its own entrance and is accessible. It is located in a two-family home. We offer our guests a cozy bedroom, a toilet (without shower!), and a spacious kitchen in our office. Mondays to Fridays between 8 am and 7 pm we share the toilet and kitchen with our guests! Outside these times, our guests can enjoy their private space.
