You're just 2 miles down the road from Five Ponds Wilderness area, with well over a hundred thousand acres of public land. Also, enjoy the ATV and Snowmobile trails. C8 and C5 trails are almost on your doorstep!

Lawrence Lodge in the ADKs - Star Lake

Enjoy a stay at our cozy little cabin nestled in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains. Enjoy an abundance of nature right on our 40 acre property or venture out to see and do more. Electricity is powered from a propane remote start generator and water is sourced from our rain water collection system. Just minutes from the cabin, you'll find 3 gas station/convenience stores, 2 gift shops, two restaurants, a 9-hole golf course, ATV trails, 3 lakes, hiking trails (w/waterfalls) and so much more!

Magical Treehouse

Sleep up in the trees in our cozy Magical Treehouse. This place is the perfect base camp for your next adventure, or a unique spot to curl up with a good book. The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. We provide you with linens, cookware, plus help you plan your trip. Property includes miles of hiking trails and beautiful places to explore!

This is a 2nd floor apartment with a full kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom with a queen bed and full bath with a tub / shower. At the waterfront yard you can drop your kayak in at the dock, sit in the hot tub, have a campfire, take a bike ride or you can just sit in an Adirondack chair to watch wildlife. Sunset Cottage is cleaned in compliance with CDC COVID-19 Lodging cleaning standards before you vacation there. Sunset Cottage is only 15 feet from Tupper Lake with a sandy spot for launching canoes/kayaks and a large dock where you can moor your powerboat if you bring one. Dock seating and swimming with a dog friendly stair. Fire pit with firewood on the lawn with Adirondack chairs for your use. Two, kayaks come with the rental. Newly renovated interior with beautiful Adirondack decor.

Enjoy our 160 acres in a private natural setting. Owls, trout, heron, osprey, mergansers and the occasional loon will add to your stay. There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. The apartment is above the garage which is separate from the house.

Save money and cook in the fully stocked kitchen! Cranberry Lake is the 3rd largest in the ADK.
