The apartment has a terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. In addition, the yoga room, sauna (€20 fee), spring water pool, home theater, and large terrace with grill and fire pit can be shared. Snowshoes are also available.

There are numerous ski resorts nearby, such as the Gastein Valley or the Kitzsteinhorn. In summer you will find numerous opportunities to hike, climb or mountain bike and then you can refresh yourself in the natural pool or relax in our panoramic sauna overlooking the Hochkönig.
