In the sunny valley of Zell am See - Kaprun, in a typical Alpine village of Niedernsill, we run our guest house Pension Gassner. We offer our guests comfortable single, double and triple rooms with breakfast and self-catered apartments for up to four or five persons, all with balconies. Please note: - The use of the common spaces (kitchen and dining room in the basement) is possible at a surcharge and after prior notice. - Breakfast for guests in the apartments can be ordered at surcharge.

Our place is right in the middle of the countryside at about 750 meters altitude. Only 4.5 km from Lake Attersee and about 7 km from Mondsee you can take great hikes and excursions. The nearest guest house is just 1 km away. In a cozy atmosphere you can relax and enjoy nature. Good for families, couples and groups up to 9 people. However, you must book each room individually with groups. We are happy to be happy to welcome you! No public transport at the house !

ATTENTION - JULY-AUGUST/NEW YEAR'S EVE NOT AVAILABLE AS A SINGLE ROOM! Rooms with a private balcony and bathroom - feel comfortable and secure from the start - and simply enjoy the stay, switch off and relax. We also offer breakfast for an additional charge of €10.00 per person. It is only possible if we are at home. Please tell us one day before. IN JULY AND AUGUST NOT AVAILABLE FOR ONE PERSON.

The studio flat is perfect for couples. Small but nice is the motto. Whether for your short break in South Tyrol or for longer stays, you will definitely feel at home here! You will find everything you need for your daily shopping in the village centre, 200 metres from us: bakery, general shop, grocery shop and a butcher's shop. The restaurant in the village serves good home-style cooking.

Haus Steinwidder - room nr. 4 - breakfast included

Our house is a typical bed & breakfast. We offer you 2 double rooms and 2 single rooms. The price includes an extended breakfast, also vegetarian or vegan if you like. We are experienced hosts and welcome since 1976 guests from all over the world in our house. We still like our job very much. :-)

Single Room Ritten II (breakfast included)

Small b&b and farmhouse with highland cattles at Ritten near Bolzano in the Dolomites. Small cosy single Room FOR ONE PERSON, furnished in traditional tyrolean style, with shower, WC and balcony. Breakfast included. We offer dinner on preorder. Local tax € 2,50 not included.

Unsere Zimmer sind alle mit eigenem Bad ausgetattet und für 2-4 Personen verfügbar. Der Preis wird pro Person und Tag berechnet, wobei man gegen Aufpreis auch ein Frühstück haben kann (10,00€ pro Person). Wir haben genügend Platz für Gruppen bis zu 25 Personen.
