Our house is a typical bed & breakfast. It is located between Bad Aussee train station and the city center (short walks). The rooms are silent. We offer in this house two double rooms and two single rooms. The breakfast is extendend and flexible. There are also vegetarian and vegan options. We are experienced hosts, because our family welcomes since 1976 guests in our house. And we stil love it. :)

The restaurant in the village serves good home-style cooking.

Zugspitz Apartment - by Gästehaus Buchwieser

Our charming, traditional and family-run guest house is within walking distance of the train station, Zugspitz train station, ice stadium and the pedestrian zone of Garmisch. The apartment has a double and a single bed with a small kitchenette, minibar, TV, WiFi, private bathroom/shower/toilet and a balcony. (2nd floor) Unfortunately, we will no longer offer breakfast starting in 2025.

Alpen Haus Maria

Cozy cottage in the middle of the Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Zell am See ski area. The guesthouse can accommodate 11 people in 2 apartments. Each apartment offers a kitchen, a shower and a toilet. A storage room in the basement offers space for skis or bicycles, and there is plenty of parking space. The guesthouse was newly renovated in 2025 and cozy.
