Es ist in einer ruhigen Wohngegend von Stralsund gelegen, dennoch sind es mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto nur 5 min bis zur historischen Altstadt. Wem es nichts ausmacht, dass mal eine Diele des Holzfussbodens knarrt, oder ein Kabel im Laufe der Jahre nachträglich aufputz verlegt wurde, ist bei uns herzlich willkommen und eingeladen Stralsund, Rügen und die nähere Umgebung kennenzulernen und zu genießen.
