Idyllic tiny house on the edge of the forest, without direct neighbors. The center of Dudweiler with all the necessary shops, bus and train connections is within 10 minutes' walking distance. The university can be reached in 30 minutes on foot, 10 minutes by bus or 8 minutes by car. The tiny house has a spacious bedroom with a double bed overlooking the countryside, a pellet stove for cozy hours, a fully equipped kitchen, a gas grill and a fire pit. The hiking trail 'Kasteler Felsenpfad' starts almost at the doorstep. Good gastronomy in easy reach? Restaurant St.Erasmus in TRASSEM (ca. 4 km).

Enjoy the quiet location when you stay at our place. Start the day relaxed with a nice cup of coffee in our garden/conservatory, which can be almost completely opened, so you can sit in the garden even in bad weather. We offer you a master bedroom with a box spring bed (180 × 200). The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 × 200). In the kitchen you will find a fully automatic machine, soda stream and a kettle with tea.

On the ground floor is the living/kitchen area with wood stove, sofa and wooden table, as well as the small kitchen, which is equipped with a gas hob and refrigerator. The ground floor living room is adjoined by a wooden terrace with seating. On the lower floor is also the bathroom with shower and toilet. The spacious bedroom on the upper floor is easily accessible via a wooden staircase.

Villa St. Nikolaus is an approximately 150 square metre terrace flat with private sauna, park and own entrance in the border triangle of France, Luxembourg and Germany. It is located on the ground floor of our two-storey villa. Individual luxury and absolute tranquillity offer relaxation during wonderful hikes and cycle tours. Numerous cultural and culinary delights await you in the region, France is just a stone's throw away.

Pellet stove and massage chairs make the living room even more comfortable. Also there is a cozy terrace with lounge furniture and large gas grill.

You can live well in our beautiful in-law near the lake. The apartment was modernly renovated in 2019 and has many amenities. In addition to the equipped kitchen with dishwasher and the bathroom with rain shower, the direct access to our garden catches the eye. Especially in the summer months, you can sunbathe in the well-kept meadow belonging to the self-contained apartment and undisturbed by the neighbors.
