Loft holiday rentals in Saavedra

Il loft di Adrian a Palermo è stato un vero colpo di fortuna! Prima di tutto, Adrian è una persona incredibilmente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutarti con qualsiasi necessità o domanda. Ti fa sentire subito a casa. Il loft è splendido, curato nei minimi dettagli e con un’atmosfera accogliente. Una menzione speciale va al bagno: spazioso, moderno e davvero confortevole. La posizione è perfetta, a soli 3 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della subte, il che rende tutto facilmente raggiungibile. La casa è sia “spaziale” che spaziosa, con ampi spazi per rilassarsi e lavorare. Ma la cosa che mi ha colpito di più è stata la gentilezza di Adrian: è davvero il valore aggiunto di questo posto. Lo consiglio senza alcun dubbio!

I had a great stay! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. The location was in a great neighborhood, lots of cafes and restraurant, and also easily accessible by public transportation and also felt very sar. The apartment was in a new building, clean, and very comfortable. The internet worked perfectly. I’d definitely stay here again!

I think I read another review before booking this place that said something like "if you're considering booking this place and it's available, stop considering and just book it now", and I'm inclined to agree. The space itself is beautiful and very much as advertised, and the art on the walls + books in English, Spanish, and French on any and all topics were really nice touches. The loft is on a pretty quiet side street that feels very safe, right above a cute little cafe with a patio on the street, and it's a very short walk to lots of parks/restaurants/galleries/bars/etc. or maybe an hour walk to the heart of downtown or 15ish minutes to the Scalabrini subte station. Just be prepared for lots of stairs, and if the plumbing is ever a little finicky remember that is true basically everywhere you go in Buenos Aires.

Departamento tal cual se ve en las fotos, muy amplio y cómodo. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todo.

El departamento tiene una excelente ubicación, cerca de la zona de más movida de Palermo, la plaza es hermosa y con juegos espectaculares para niños, además tiene supermercados y otros negocios cerca. No es una zona tranquila, así que no la recomiendo si tienen sueño liviano. El departamento es amplio y cómodo, está bien equipado. Al ser estilo loft hay que tener en cuenta que las habitaciones no tienen aislamiento total de sonido y luz con el resto del departamento. Pablo es super amable y responde los mensajes rápidamente. Sin dudas volveríamos en nuestra próxima visita a Buenos Aires!

Nossa estadía foi maravilhosa! O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos: muito limpo, organizado e super bem equipado. A localização é excelente, com fácil acesso aos principais bairros e pontos turísticos, o que facilitou muito nossos passeios. Além disso, os hosts foram incrivelmente gentis e atenciosos, sempre dispostos a ajudar e dar dicas sobre a região. Sentimo-nos muito bem recebidos! Com certeza voltaremos e recomendamos a todos que visitarem a cidade. Obrigado por tudo!

We really enjoyed our stay in Sofia’s apartment. The building and apartment are extremely secure and quiet, and in a great part of town. The apartment has everything you need for a nice trip to Buenos Aires. We enjoyed the balcony immensely too. It was quiet (for a city) so we didn’t have any problems sleeping or resting when needed. The neighborhood had plenty of great restaurants. (A particular shout out goes to Hierro.) The city itself is huge, but we walked as much as we could. Many of the sights are walkable, but we eventually needed Uber for the rest of town. Sofia and Bianca were great with communication and the check in/out process. We had some unique scheduling, and they were more than happy to work with us. Thanks for everything!

Жилье было очень комфортным, было все необходимое , рядом много достопримечательностей до которых можно прогуляться пешком, Томас всегда на связи и всегда готов помочь. Это очень хороший вариант для отпуска. Большое спасибо за заботу и гостеприимство.

Fernando's Place was perfect, conveniently located in a great bulding complex with several amenities, and walking distance from many BA attractions, communication was great , always proactive and very responsive, greatly recommended, Cesar and Kathy

Reserve el mismo día y todo salió super bien! Milagros súper amable y atenta, se adaptó muy bien al los horarios de check in y check out.

I had a perfect stay in this unique lofted apartment. Located on the 14th floor of a big building, it features a cozy living room, a small but functional kitchen, and a charming balcony on the first level. Upstairs, there's a lofted bedroom with a small desk and a bathroom. The apartment's style is beautiful, and the views of the city are stunning, with plenty of natural light. Even though I only stayed for two nights, it was an amazing experience, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Estuvo hermosa la estadía, nos sentimos confortables y seguros. El barrio es muy tranquilo, hay cerca varias despensas-supermercados. Nathalia nos recibió con muy buena onda y fue flexible en el chek-in, no tuvimos problemas de comunicación con ella. Mi única recomendación es que consulten por el tema de internet ya que nosotros teníamos que trabajar y fue frustante por que no funcionaba muy bien, el resto todo excelente. El loft es tal cual las como las fotos que figuran en airbnb. Lo recomiendo y volvería a alojarme acá.

I loved it. The neighborhood is really nice. I work remotely and one of the things I value a lot is a good internet connection, the Internet was super responsive and I was able to work with no issue at all. The place had everything needed for a comfortable stay. I recommend the place, thank you for having us!

Foi a segunda vez que fiquei no espaço da Raquel, especialmente pelo atendimento que ela oferece e pelo espaço e localização, que tem tudo o que uma pessoa precisa: transporte público, restaurantes (inclusive veganos/vegetarianos), mercados, farmácias, teatros.....sempre que eu puder, voltarei a me hospedar aqui, altamente recomendável.

Siempre es un placer hospedarse en el depto de Claudia, ella es súper amigable , el departamento es cálido , limpio y bien organizado. Se duerme muy bien, ademas la ubicación es excelente, tranquilo frente a la plaza y con todo cerca. Recomiendo :)

Mi experiencia fue soñada. Durante mis 4 meses de estadía Hernán estuvo firme para resolver cualquier urgencia/inconveniente que podría ocurrir. Siempre muy amable y atento. El departamento es un sueño. Todo el día está iluminado. Tiene una terraza hermosa y el barrio es súper tranquilo, por ende no hay ruido. Solo de la construcción de al lado, de vez en cuando, pero se puede tolerar. Volvería mil veces. Recomiendo muchísimo.
