清潔で広々とした部屋です。 繁華街からも２分近いですが昼夜共に非常に静かで落ち着いた住宅街にあります。 徳島駅から1200m、徒歩15分と近く便利です。 2023年5月に早めのWiFiを導入しました。 キッチンの調理器具や調味料、シャンプー類、洗濯機や洗剤、バスタオルなどは揃っておりますので便利です。ただし、環境に配慮して使い捨ての歯ブラシとカミソリは用意しておりませんので各自でご持参いただきますようよろしくお願い致します。 車でお越しの方は近隣のデイパーク等をご利用ください。すぐ近隣にたくさんデイパークがあり、24時間あたり大体500円前後のところが多いです。（2024年1月現在 ） 長期滞在にも最適です。長期の方には割引もありますので事前ご相談ください。
