Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Sabine Lake

We loved our stay at Timeless Tides. The home was clean and comfortable. We thought the bedding and mattresses were the most comfortable we’ve slept in at an Airbnb. We enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor areas as well. Would come back again!

I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Check-in was smooth, and the space had everything I needed. Ariel was a wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and made sure I felt welcome throughout my stay. I’d definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area, and I’d love to stay here again in the future!

Perfect destination for peace & quiet!! Totally enjoyed outings in the jon boat, sitting around the fire, eating dinner on the back porch, sleeping in (super comfy bed!), and hanging out in the hot tub...Anissa did a wonderful job on this place.

I’m from Orange originally and decided to visit family there but wanted my own space while in town. The place was well worth it in all aspects. I will definitely be returning for future stays and will recommend it as an option to others that frequent the area.

The place was absolutely amazing. Loved how quiet it was and secluded will definitely be back again. Sadie was also extremely accommodating when requested to check in a little earlier and was very responsive to all the needs.

The house was very nice and the hosts were very accommodating. They checked in with us several times over our stay to insure that we were taken care of. I would stay here again when visiting Lake Charles.

We had a great time at Camp Covered. It was all we had hoped it would be and more. Monica was easy to work with and the home was great. We spent most of our time at the pond and really enjoyed the property. We wished we could have had more time there and will definitely go back.

My friends & I recently spent a weekend at this beautiful home in the bayou, and it was exactly the escape I needed. From the moment we arrived, the peaceful atmosphere and stunning views instantly set the tone for a relaxing retreat. The house itself was cozy yet spacious, with a rustic charm that made it feel like home. Large windows offered gorgeous views of the water, especially during sunrise and sunset. The breakfast area overlooking the bayou instantly became our favorite spot for morning coffee and evening drinks. We spent most of our time outdoors—fishing, chatting with friends, having drinks/Momosas and just lounging around. At night, we grilled dinner, sat around in the “boom-boom room” as my husband calls it and watched the stars. It felt like time slowed down in the best way. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful, providing everything from extra towels to board games and local recommendations. Every detail was well taken care of, making the who stay extremely comfortable.

The place is nice. We couldn’t figure out the LED lights, but that wasn’t important. Unsure of where the dedicated workspace was, but made do with no problems.

Absolutely a gem!!!!! LOCATION!!!LOCATION!!! LOCATION!!! The Zen Den was so adorable, perfect for a couples getaway. Very well put together and the aesthetic was just fabulous. If you're looking for a quiet, clean, comfortable, relaxing, central location place. The Zen Den it is. You will not regret your stay. We truly enjoyed our stay and loved that we were less than 10min to everything. Especially a skip and hop away from one of our favorite, Gaido's restaurant. Definitely will book again. Thank you Valerie for sharing your lovely home and making our stay stress free.

The condo itself was beautifully decorated and clean. The view is amazing and the pool is great. There’s an older gentleman who lives in one of the condos that’s super friendly. Host was very proactive in communication, and helpful with recommendations. We had two teens, me and my husband and we had the best time.

If you need a place that’s walkable in the Texas Medical Center area take a close look at this offering. Host’s are outstanding and you feel right at home. So many little touches that I would run out of room listing them all. Everything from the well stocked frig and freezer to the community pantry its evident that the hosts care about their guests and go out of their way to make it show.

Excellent stay! I felt right at home and was easily able to work from Yvonne’s place while visiting family in Houston.

Briona was very responsive of all requests and inquiries I made throughout my stay, and was timely in helping me get better situated!

This is one of my favorite discoveries since using AirBNB. Lois and Dave are wonderful people and excellent hosts. Great quiet and peaceful spot. I’m coming back for a relaxing writing retreat as soon as possible!

We booked this Airbnb as a gift for my aunt and uncle’s 25th anniversary. They do so much for everyone around them, so we wanted to treat them to something special—and this place was perfect. Coming from Houston, the location was ideal: close enough for convenience in case of an emergency, but far enough to feel like a true getaway. They absolutely loved the peaceful setting, especially feeding the cows, which added such a charming and memorable touch to their stay. The house itself was spotless and exactly as described. They enjoyed every bit of the experience, and we’re so glad we chose this spot. We would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and unique retreat!

Can’t thank the host enough for our stay. Can’t wait to make it back out. Host has great knowledge of the area and made a true slice of heaven out in east Texas.

Awesome weekend at Joseph’s place. Brought the fam of 4 + 3 dogs. Place was clean, well-stocked, and had a great yard/porch with a grill. Rented jet skiis and a pontoon from Lake Life Rental co nearby. Only an hr from HOU. Highly recommend!

This was an amazing camp to spend quality time with family. We will definitely be back and this may be our new family Easter get away tradition. We truly feel that this was one of the best places that we have stayed!!! Amber and David were the perfect hosts and we were provided everything that was needed for our crawfish boil and bbq.

This was a beautiful secluded place to unwined and disconnect. I wish i could come back every single weekend. I highly recommend this cabin if you love nature and want a quiet place to read and relax where you won't be bothered. It's a 10 out of 10. The host has seen to everything! You can tell she puts loving thought into what her guest might need. Myself being an avid reader and lover of boardgames felt right at home.
