Very nice place. The terrasse is perfect. The host is very friendly and the beach is very convenient for a swim at the end of the day. We really liked it but it’s a bit on the expensive side compare to other places we rented in Sardinia. I guess it is due to the beach proximity .

The accommodation is beautiful, super modern and stylishly furnished, you felt totally comfortable. The apartment is in a residential complex secured with a doorman and barrier, which was super well maintained and pretty. However, a lawnmower or a leaf blower could be heard from time to time during the day. Otherwise very quiet and really recommended with the sea view. There was a covered private parking space. Communication with the property management was easy, as it was always available, but a bit bumpy at the beginning. Communication+check-in data only via WhatsApp, although requested by me via Airbnb+only received the address+info 2 hours before check-in+you had to sign a contract with the property management and transfer 16 euros there for the tourist tax to be able to check in, even though you had already booked via Airbnb. Keys had to be picked up in Pula from a key box..Approximately 9 min by car from accommodation. Otherwise everything great!!

The welcome was perfect, thanks for the cold drinks. The house is spacious and very clean and we didn't want for anything, there is everything for cooking, the large barbecue allows for beautiful evenings. Mosquito nets are very useful. The bedding is comfortable. A big thank you for your responsiveness. We missed air conditioning in the bedrooms on the ground floor (we knew it). I recommend this beautiful house for a good stay a little away from the city but close to everything, you absolutely need a vehicle.

Beautiful accommodation, with all the comforts to fully enjoy your stay. Silvia was careful to pamper her guests with typical products of her land and an excellent bottle of welcome wine. In addition, other details have made our stay unforgettable, such as umbrella, bathroom products, a three foot to take photos and a very comfortable sleeping area. The outdoor space welcomes you with a beautiful view and offers the opportunity to enjoy dinners and aperitifs at sunset. We recommend this place 100% and as we could see from the guest book we are not the only ones.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Is Molas Villas in beautiful Sardinia, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the stunning natural surroundings and elegant design of the villas took our breath away. Nestled in the serene countryside with panoramic views of the mountains made the location with the perfect blend of tranquility and luxury. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service, especially from Edoardo, the concierge. He went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our trip was seamless. From the outset, he provided invaluable logistical information and recommended authentic local restaurants. One of the highlights of our trip was the wine tasting which Edoardo personally arranged for us. We faced a minor electrical outage which Edoardo handled quickly and ensured our stay remained comfortable. In summary, Is Molas Villas is a spectacular destination and we recommend it highly!

What can I say... I think a lot of the value of platforms like AirBnB is that put you in touch with wonderful people like Maria Antonietta and Marco. The house is beautiful, the ping pong a touch of class, the surrounding beaches are the reason you visit this land... but what makes everything special, in the end, are the people. We'll be back, as promised, for many more days!
