Eva's place was fantastic! It is so adorable and shows pride of ownership. The place was easy to find and check-in was a breeze. The place was immaculate when I arrived and had everything I needed. The location was great and I enjoyed being able to walk to the beach. All instructions were super clear and Eva left a list of local recommendations. Eva was easy to communicate with and responsive. I would definitely stay here again!! Gull's Nest is as adorable and as neat and clean as pictured.

We have been to quite a few AirBnb, this had, hands down, the best kitchen appliances and amenities with plenty of dishes and beach gear ever! The Host was very responsive to all of our questions and endeavored to really help our family settle in and enjoy our time! Thank You, Johnna!!

We loved this place! It was incredibly clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Perfect for a couple’s getaway. Conveniently located to Ogunquit, Kennebunk and Wells by car. The bed was very comfy. Everything you need for a great stay. We definitely will go back!

Melissa’s unit is clean, nicely laid out, and close to many restaurants and activities. She has two beautiful cats, and they’re allowed in the room. So if you’re sensitive to cat hair be aware. Melissa was friendly and helpful.

Such a Beautiful place! Everything was brand new and super clean and meticulously styled full of charm ! This gem had everything you needed to have the most comfortable stay . The views in the main house and the additional boat house that was there for your enjoyment were nothing short of magical Jill the host was such a nice person and on the spot responsive if you needed anything, she truly cares about your experience and put so much heart into the special details in this home . This actually ended up being my husband and I favorite place that we stayed on our 10 day trip and we always stay in beautiful places. The location is great too , Portland and Ogunquit are 2 great places just a short drive away . We definitely will be back to stay again

Donna and Jim were amazing Airbnb hosts! I rented their apartment for 6 months while working in the area. It was clean, safe, and had everything I needed. They were so supportive and provided great communication. They were also so considerate considering I work 12 hr night shifts. The area has all amenities, and this apartment is walking distance to the ocean! The apartment was well supplied and I wanted for nothing. Overall, I’d definitely stay with them again, and I’d highly recommend their rental for anyone needing one in the area.

We had a great stay in Old Orchard Beach. We were on the first floor with a bright and comfortable sunroom, two bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, and a huge clean bathroom. We appreciated the abundance of kitchen supplies and bath towels. It would have been nice to have a few beach towels (bring your own!) but the beach chairs provided were a great bonus and the walk to the beach was incredibly short. Tyler was an excellent host. He responded quickly to our questions, including helping us troubleshoot the air conditioning over the phone. His responsiveness made a big difference. We recommend this place and would be happy to stay again. We really enjoyed our time there!

Great space and beautiful set up! The place is exactly as it looks in the photos. It’s located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and is only a short drive to downtown Portland. A perfect rooftop deck to read on and catch some rays. The hosts were responsive and the instructions were clear. Very easy check in and check out process. Would highly recommend!

Wow fantastic place! Great ocean views from kitchen-dining, living room and master bed room. Super clean, very well equipped. Better than on the pictures. All you need for great vacation! Wish we would have stayed longer!!! Very Zen

The location and views were unbeatable. the place was as described. It is a half mile walk from the pier so lots to do. direct access to the beach was awesome. The hosts were responsive with any questions. A couple things to note that would be helpful to know ahead of time: 1- the kitchen has no non-stick pans and no wine glasses (but did have a cork screw!) 2- all bedrooms have blinds but they let in a lot of light. so if you have little ones who need to nap during the day, be aware. and if you are not an early riser, the bedroom that is beach facing will be bright early (and even a tad bright at night as there are street lights that go on outside the beach entrances at sundown) 3- the bedroom facing the beach also connects to the second bedroom.

Ian was great to communicate with! The unit had everything we needed and was exactly as depicted in the photographs. It had a beautiful view being right on the river! We would definitely stay again!

This was a PERFECT place for two couples! Extremely comfortable with generous living spaces and an AMAZING kitchen! We cooked several meals there and had everything we needed. Mattresses are very comfortable. I loved that it was close enough to OOB but not in the middle of the commercial strip. One of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved the house and being so close to the beach. I fell in love with the kitchen immediately when we walked in. The house is beach themed and it’s so fitting. The whole house welcomes you in. We did find the price a little high but for what we got it was well worth it. We will be recommending the rental to our friends for future trips! Nick and Kayla were quick to respond when we needed them, and were always friendly! Definitely an unforgettable experience for us!

Christine's place was one of the best we have ever stayed at. It felt brand new, was furnished very tastefully with ample and comfortable seating, was well lit and well thought out to meet the needs of a temporary guest while feeling homey at the same time. In addition to the expected amenities , we were pleased with the many UNCLUTTERED surfaces ( very few useless knick knacks). This allowed us to comfortably spread our stuff out as one tends on such a trip. Nice touches such as charger/usb stations on all of the night tables were also appreciated. We had a minor problem with one of the circuits and Christine's response was immediate. I wish every host was as thoughtful as Christine (and Joe).

David and Valle’s house is welcoming, and it was just right for our family get-together. The kitchen is very well set up for cooking, and the counter is both beautiful and a great place for gathering and conversation. There are many lovely touches in the house. We appreciated the yard and gardens, and our dog loved the walking trail. The location is peaceful but just a few minutes from Portland. David communicated well and offered helpful ideas for our visit.

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was the most comfy place to get snowed in. We received about a foot of snow the night we checked in and Seasons was very helpful to continually plow and shovel walkways. We explored the property and had fun sledding down hills with our tube. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need. It was still decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch as well. The electric fireplaces worked great and were so pretty to look at. All of the furniture was very cozy and comfortable. The carpet throughout is great on cold days. We highly recommend a sleigh ride at Nestlenook farm if staying in the winter. Living Shores Aquarium is down the block and a great place to visit with kids. Diana’s Baths is a short drive away and beautiful to explore in the snow. Our daughter loved seeing the frozen waterfall. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back and see it during the summer months.

This was our 2nd time staying at a unit hosted by ace on this resort and we will definitely return again! You get that private feel of a home with all the benefits of a hotel, not to mention beautiful Mountain Views when you step right out the door! Great location, 15 mins from Conway and we drove 30 min the other direction for the Mount Washington tour drive and we still wish we could’ve stayed longer. Our dog was more than welcome for a small pet fee. Highly recommend!!

I flew in for work and only stayed a couple days but definitely enjoyed the space. I will be coming back to this Airbnb in fall

Another great stay in downtown Brunswick. The studio space was perfect for a quiet stay in a great neighborhood. You are steps from everything. It was so convenient with our little pups to be able to walk them in the private yard and the neighborhood around us. Street was very quiet. Great parking and the hot tub such a plus when returning from family obligations and long travel days. Thank you for making our trip so easy!

141 Studio was perfect for a couple for a few days near downtown Portland. The studio is great. Dan has renovated it in great style. The kitchen was great for our purposes. The layout of the studio was great for our purposes. Having the washer and dryer was extremely helpful and made our 10 day total trip work well. I cannot say enough good things about the studio and Dan's preparation of it. The scale only goes to five, but it is a ten. Thank you Dan.
