Stay in our artist suite in the Sierra foothills. The space features a two-room guest suite, a full bathroom, kitchenette, and a patio open to an oak meadow. The bedroom has a comfortable queen-size memory foam bed and a view of the waterfall and garden. Come to enjoy the calm tranquility of the countryside and listen to the waterfall and palm trees rustling. You are sure to have a restful night after a day of adventures! Level 2 EV charging is available upon request for an additional fee.

Private, secluded Guest Suite with private entrance. A new kitchenette has been added for convenient cooking. Play a game of shuffleboard or sip a glass of wine while sitting by the outdoor fire pit. Our home is nestled under a canopy of conifers next door to the Tahoe National Forest and only a 5 minutes drive to downtown Nevada City.

Yuba City Attached, Private Suite w/Pool, Laundry

This little suite has everything you will need! There is a kitchenette to include mini fridge, microwave, two burner stove, coffee maker, toaster oven, and toaster. The room has a queen bed, television w/Roku, closet, table, and chairs. There is a full bathroom with shower. The pool is not heated. It is serviced every Monday and open year-round for use. The suite is the back unit (unit #2). The garage parking is for unit #1 guests, however, you may use the washer and dryer.

Cottage is located centrally 10 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes from the airport and Sacramento State, 5 minutes to the Arden Fair mall. It is a larger cottage style suite with its own entrance.
