The place was wonderful, quiet, and close to downtown (short drive or a reasonable walk). It had a great layout and the kitchen was well equipped for making some of our own meals. Samuel was responsive and helpful in answering questions. I would definitely stay here if I visit the area again!

Loved our stay at the cozy in-law in the heart of Penngrove. Easy to find, private, and perfect for a weekend getaway while visiting for a graduation. The space had everything we needed and the hosts were very welcoming. Would definitely stay again, thank you very much!

We only stayed for one night, but Nancy was very communicative and helpful. Check in was easy, the entrance/garden is very beautiful and serene, and the unit is very comfortable, very clean, and well appointed. Also only a 5 minute drive to downtown, so very convenient. Would definitely recommend and would stay again in the future.

We had a greet stay at Pat’s place. She was in touch with directions ahead of our arrival and welcomed us in person when we checked in. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. We spent a quick night at Pat’s on our way through to Yosemite and wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy the local area and Pat’s beautiful covered porch. It looked like the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring! Pat’s place was clean, comfortable, and nice and cool on a hot day. Everything we could have needed was provided and when we left something behind after checkout, Pat was quick to offer to mail it back to us! Don’t think twice about booking here; it’s a great stay!

The space was quiet, spotless, and felt very private—even though it’s an addition to the main house. It was also in a convenient location, just about a 10-minute drive from everything we wanted to do in the area. The host was incredibly responsive and even let us check in early, which was a lifesaver in the heat. No issues at all during our stay. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Redding!

Very cozy home, the private patio and entrance was a very nice touch as well! All the amenities that were needed to enjoy a stay at any kind of hotel or something of the like was there. The bathroom was very nice with a spacious and stylish shower too. I loved it! Would stay here again.

Jenny’s unit was as advertised. Wonderful value for the space/location. Would come back again should we be attending future events in the area. Very clean and comfortable - felt right at home.

Rebecca’s place is homey and decorated beautifully as well. The garden and privacy of the patio and sitting area is perfect. She has thought of absolutely everything you would possibly need or want while there. She had treats out for my pups when we arrived and treats for me in the cookie jar. The bed was very comfortable and homey. It was pup friendly, which is a huge plus for me. The yard is fenced and secured with a locked gate which gave me peace of mind. Will stay here again when visiting Benicia.

I loved this place. This was so comfortable and clean to me and my family. It seemed that the host considered thoughfully how the guests would stay in this place well. I recommend this place.

cute spot outside san francisco! i will say, main st is a bit narrow but easy to get to!

We absolutely loved our stay! House was clean, comfortable bed and couch, had all utensils you need, toaster oven worked great, had an air fry setting and bake setting too. Pinball machine was lots of fun! The views from your own private balcony were gorgeous! They had some great rental options for water toys. The walk to the lake was not far, but the hill to get to and from is pretty steep! It would be hard to carry your own paddle boards or big ice chest. But there are options to get your large item stuff around. I suggest asking the host for details prior to packing. The post did say grill, but there is no grill, I’m sure they will be fixing but, plan food accordingly. All in all, such a GORGEOUS property. Very friendly and responsive, and we can’t wait to go back!

we had a wonderful stay here. the place was peaceful and it was supper clean . the kitchen had everything we needed and it was fairly large compared to other places we have stayed. This is such a wonderful location. The apartment felt private but not totally isolated. It was clean, well maintained, and had a well-stocked kitchen which made cooking that much easier for us. Absolutely lovely place, we had a great time.

Joe and Fernanda were very gracious hosts! They provided timely and helpful communication with a lot of thoughtful recommendations for local restaurants, hang outs and attractions. As much as we enjoyed exploring our surroundings around town, their space was very welcoming, beautiful and comfortable. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt safe, and was extremely close to downtown Petaluma. We also checked out a variety of local wineries that were within a reasonable 30-45 minute drive. I can definitely picture myself returning to Joe and Fernanda’s little slice of paradise in the future!

This place was perfect for my husband while traveling through Yuba City on business! Very clean, safe, secure and on beautiful grounds. We'd gladly book again!

The area is beautiful and and the apartment was very clean. It snowed the day we arrived but the road was plowed. Most importantly, there was a comfortable mattress! Cris is super helpful and friendly. It was a pleasure getting to chat with him for a bit but our only regret is that we didn’t get to meet Lynda. They are really neat people.
