Attached one-car garage and pet friendly with fenced in back yard. House is equipped with pots and pans, dishes/silverware Keurig and plenty of towels. The Alexander home is located in a quiet Saginaw City neighborhood close to hospitals, shopping and restaurants. It is only a short drive to Frankenmuth, Bay City, and Midland. A Juliet balcony off one of the upstairs bedrooms overlooks the huge double lot fenced in back yard. Only one bathroom on 2nd floor. All bedrooms on 2nd floor.

This is a fully furnished open floor plan efficiency located on 40 acres of farmland. There is a generator to assure power in case of a power outage. It is equipped with HD premium Dish,Wi Fi, and a full kitchen with all appliances & housewares. A well provides the water, and is a very good quality. The hot water is on demand. It is located next to a pond and fire pit. It is not suitable for children under twelve years of age and maximum occupancy is two.
