Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Sagres

A very cozy warm-lighted home, where you will feel right at home. The kitchen is very nice and makes you want to cook even more. The house is very well located and close to many beached, supermarkets and some local restaurants. It was a pleasure to stay in Carols home.

We spent a week at Sophie's accommodation and it was super nice and relaxing! We felt very comfortable. What you should know, the apartment is a few meters above the street, so you should be fit enough for the way. We managed it with suitcases without any problems. The bathroom is very small, but everything is doable. The kitchen was really super equipped. Restaurants and food are within walking distance, Sophie was always available to us as a contact person!

Beautiful Airbnb right in the middle of Lagos, but far enough off of the main drag so it’s nice and quiet at night. Easy parking nearby and just steps from the beaches and restaurants. Maggie was communicative and helpful, and check in was very simple. Wonderful experience.

We had an amazing stay at Hugo’s place - definitely one of the best spots in Arrifana! The location is unbeatable.. right on the beach with stunning ocean views and the peaceful sound of waves all day long. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. The apartment was super clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Simple but cozy, with all the essentials. Hugo was an exceptional host- very friendly, responsive, and always available if we needed anything. Great communication throughout our stay. The area is perfect for surfing with plenty of rental shops nearby, plus great restaurants within walking distance. Aljezur is only about 15 minutes away if you need supermarkets or extra supplies. Would absolutely recommend and can’t wait to come back!

We really loved our stay in Figueira and will definitely be back! The place has everything you need for 1-2 people and the surrounding area is very beautiful. We would definitely recommend! Just make sure you have a small-ish car, the streets are very narrow (but that definitely adds to the charm).

Just stayed a week at House Arez, and loved every aspect of it. The house has been modernised but retaining many original features, which only adds to the charm, so you feel you're staying in a very traditional home. Everything is clean, comfortable, and the roof terrace is the icing on the cake! The area is very quiet but close to everything Sagres has to offer, with many great local restaurants a short walk away. Tomas is super helpful and great to communicate with. Really hope to return some time in the future.

We loved stayed at this place! Incredibly peaceful location close to so many beaches and not far from Lagos! We loved using the back patio and were really glad to have a washing machine! Giorgio and Leandra were amazing hosts - so many great recommendations and so responsive. It can get hot at night, but cracking the windows open with a good cross breeze cooled the place down quickly! Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

The apartment is very well located, near the beach and with many restaurants nearby. The coolest thing is the terrace because of the beautiful view. If you prefer to stay and enjoy time in silence, it’s a great choice. It's also very clean and has everything you need. And the hosts are very helpful and very responsive; we appreciated their help with anything. It’s a perfect place for a vacation.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The views are unreal, pictures cannot do it justice. Short walk to the beach and a pool right below! Gil and Telma were very responsive, we had lost power one night and Telma helped us fix right away. Perfect stay for our first time in Lagos and we would definitely return!

Raquel is one of the most communicative and responsive hosts I’ve ever interacted with on Airbnb. The location of this home is unbelievable. I fell in love with Albufeira from the first few hours i was there, and couldn’t believe how well-situated this place was to all the fun the area has to offer. ACs and most amenities worked well. I’m not sure if it’s a design related to homes in that area, but the open bathroom in the master bedroom, including the shower design, seemed impractical. I needed to rearrange items in that area, and wipe the floor/toilet after every shower. The iron was unusable due to a stain on the ironing surface, and risk of damaging clothes. The washing machine was small and not very effective. We needed to do a lot of loads to clean our clothes, then air dry them, but glad we had a washer! Overall, this is a great place, Raquel’s a great host, and i recommend booking, for anyone visiting Albufeira. Great for 2 ppl, but could accommodate a couple more too. Enjoy!

Very cozy house, had all the necessary utensils in the kitchen, complete house, very clean and organized. The place is very peculiar, marked by some sculptures scattered around the region, a true spark of the city. some restaurants nearby and not far from good beaches. we asked for a crib and high chair for our baby, everything was very clean there.

We have just returned from a week’s stay at Cristina’s apartment in Praia de Luz. It was fantastic! Easy to access, even when arriving in the middle of the night! Everything is very close by, supermarkets less than 5 mins, beach and great restaurants all very close. A lovely calm and peaceful vibe to the village. Even though busy it still felt relaxed. Bus stop very close to the apartment. We went to Lagos and Burgau on the bus, very cheap and not far at all. The apartment was clean, modern and comfortable and provided all we needed. The parasol for the beach was a game changer in 35 degree heat! The view from the balcony is beautiful and made the place just magical. We would highly recommend and look to return if we go again. Jose was a great host, who was always helpful and responsive. The location is great. No frills place, with all the essentials you'll need to have a good trip in Alvor. The view of the beach and ocean is the best part.

The property (we were there 18 nights) is actually located in Luz, not in Lagos, which is 3-4 miles away. That worked out well for us. Luz offers newer and larger accommodations for more reasonable prices than Lagos. We had a beautiful two bedroom penthouse with floor to ceiling windows offering great views of the Atlantic. The beach is a short walk. At night, it is quiet. A market is close by. There are a couple of good restaurants close by. The beach was nice and was actually more convenient than getting to the beach in Lagos. It was no problem getting to Lagos if you want to dine out. We had a car (10-15 minute drive) but taxis, Uber and public transportation is also available. We never met Ben, but he was very prompt in answering our every question. The apartment was clean, up to date and comfortable. We would stay there again.

We loved staying at Marlene's place! The location can't be beat. The views were amazing and we enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the walking trails along the cliffs. We found the walk to town totally doable (10-15mins) with also a few restaurants even closer (Mar, Luca's rooftop, etc.). The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic week in Elisa’s apartment, the view is beautiful! So lovely to see and hear the sea everyday. It’s a short walk into town with lots of great bars and restaurants, we also easily got parked nearby. Wow!! What an amazing place! One of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed in! The photos don’t do it justice! So much nicer!! Super clean, tastefully decorated, very well equipped, fantastic rooftop terrace, and gorgeous beach views! The location is fantastic, literally a two minute walk to the beautiful Meia Praia beach. Carolina is so friendly and was super attentive during our stay! Highly recommend and will definitely be back soon!!

We had a fantastic week at Anita’s apartment in Praia da Rocha. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome – Anita and Antonio had left a generous guest pack including ham, cheese, wine, milk, water, biscuits and crisps, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch after our journey. The apartment itself is bright, spotless, and has spectacular views across the beach – which, pleasantly, wasn’t too busy during our stay. The location is excellent, with a great selection of bars and restaurants just a short walk away. Anita and Antonio were outstanding hosts – friendly, responsive, and clearly committed to making sure their guests have everything they need. Their detailed information pack was really helpful, and they were always quick to answer any questions we had. Silvia has always been very friendly and responsive. The accommodation is perfect and a 10-minute walk from the old town of Lagos, 20 minutes from the beaches. Everything is available: beach towels, parasol, beach toys... The welcome gifts are fabulous (breakfast, fridge almost full!!!...). I highly recommend it!

My husband and I enjoyed three marvelous days at this incredible home in Carvoeiro and the welcome bottle of wine and water was so thoughtful! Willem and Laura were extremely responsive with all correspondence. The apartment is clean, contemporary, comfortable bed, nicely furnished and the views are fantastic!! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare daily breakfast and we appreciated the starter coffee pods. We really enjoyed kayaking to Benegil Cave; fabulous meals at The Garden and Levels; and overall charm of the special town. Thank you Willem and Laura! We highly recommend this rental and would love to visit again!
