Come and get away from everyday life in Haute-Mauricie, in the La Tuque region. Our 50-acre forest mountain borders the La Croche Valley, which is crossed by a beautiful sand river accessible 2 km by road. It's an exceptional and wild environment to reconnect with nature. We built this rustic mini-retreat for a horseback riding experience between wild camping and glamping. They can accommodate between 2 and 3 people (4 with the addition of a camp bed).

Forest Chalet/La Bécassine

La Bécassine is a small wooden mini-house. Heated by a wood-burning stove, equipped for a stay in the forest. Running water (summer), drinking water container (winter), no electricity, lantern and candle light, butane stove for cooking, basic dishes and saucepan, bedding, double bed in the mezzanine, dry toilet outside. La Bécassine is a 5-7 minute walk to the parking lot. Beautiful brightness, nice view surrounded by trees. Quiet and stargazing.

Treehouses in the forest: L'Eau Frette

These small treehouses are comfortable, cozy, well-equipped, with large windows to appreciate the flora and fauna all around. They are located on a 24 ha property with trails and rivers, close to the Fjord. Beautiful front terrace. Kitchenette. Fridge. Bedding and towels provided. Breakfast included. IN WINTER: No running water/drinking water available. Shared shower room at the reception. Breakfast is available in the cabin.
