A high-quality holiday home completed in 2023 on the shore of Vuohijärvi, a lake with clear water and plenty of fish. Repovesi National Park 13km. Living area 110m2. 6-person hot tub, 2 air heat pumps, 2 fireplaces, spacious wood-heated beach sauna, 1 toilet and shower in the main cabin. Electric car charging for an additional fee. Child-friendly sandy beach. SUP boards, rowboat, summer games. Wi-Fi, monitor, keyboard, mouse. The sauna cottage offers the peace of a private cottage, for example, for grandparents, teenagers, etc.

Spacious log cabin in a quiet location

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Cottage Kääpä 8 (max. 7 people) On the terrace of the cottage, there is a hot tub that can be rented separately. (€100/day) The cottage's courtyard also has a gazebo where you can spend time enjoying nature. Downstairs there are 3 cozy bedrooms and 1 bedroom upstairs on the loft. The distance to the shore of Lake Saimaa is ~500 meters. ~900 meters from the cottage, there is a private beach, a barbecue hut and our rowing boats for rent. Linen/towel rental 15€/person.

Island House in the Lake District

Traditional wooden house on a large island with 300m of private Saimaa lake shoreline and far reaching views, 700m from the harbour. Main building has 2 bedrooms, modern kitchen, 2 living rooms and a bathroom. Sauna and guest house with two bedrooms are in separate buildings. Rowing boat with small motor is included. Extras: Bedlinen & towels 20e pp. Bigger motor boat 50e daily + fuel. Box of wood per two nights of stay for the first week included, extras 20e. Kayak and sup board 20e per day.

The market is only about 5 km away, XAMK about 7 km, the nearest bus stop 1.5 km and Visulahde 4 km. The nearest store is 3.5 km away (S-Market Peitsari). Prisma and Citymarket are 4 km away and there you can find the nearest restaurant, as well as Visulahde. The outdoors is either jogging, enjoying the deck, or visiting the woods.

Renovated historic cottage

Along the narrow waters, a historic castle room wow Savonranta by the Orivirra that connects Paasvesi and Pyyvesi. The house has been completely renovated and the surroundings renovated to its new splendor. There are two kayaks, a rowing boat, and an opportunity to rent a lot and a motorboat, as well as fishing guide services! Our company's professional fishing uses the pier at the cottage, i.e. the fish are transported via the pier.

Vacation home with all the conveniences and a big separate sauna building by Lake Kyyvesi. Quiet, peaceful location. Private or rental car necessary (in winter 4-wheel drive is recommended). 4 bedrooms, three with 160 cm double beds, one with a single bed. Sofa bed in the living room. Max. 2 small dogs allowed. Rowing boat and canoe. The guests can rent bed linen and towels for 16 € per person. No smoking.
