Keep it simple. Peaceful and centrally-located two bedroom cottage on beautiful Lake Champlain. Deck and firepit to enjoy the most amazing lake sunsets. A perfect couples getaway but can accommodate a small family. A home away from home with all the conveniences we could think of! A Paddle board on site for your use. Bring your own fishing gear and fish right off of the dock(summer months). Just a few miles from several VT State parks, 30 minutes to Burlington,30 minutes to Smuggs.

ICE fishing as well, (ask me about an ice fishing shanty rental) Very nice quiet neighborhood, watch the beautiful sunsets at the waterfront next to a nice cozy camp fire on the beach or on the deck grilling food and playing corn-hole, great WIFI connection. Lisa was a wonderful host. She was responsive to my inquiries and flexible regarding our check-out time. The house was neat and clean; the kitchen very well equipped; clear instructions about how to operate appliances and access the lake; and a very lovely location that allowed us to walk our dogs safely and enjoy the beautiful lakeshore. An outstanding host and experience.

We had hardly laid ourselves on the beds and drawn the light covers over us before we were asleep. A perfect place from which to explore northern Vermont ... or just relax. At the Hobbit Hole, fireflies winked as we fell asleep and birds sang us to wake. I'm not exaggerating to say that our two-day stay stimulated our imaginations while calming our minds and senses. Ed and Tina have created a lovely atmosphere in Firefly Meadows Farm. If you truly want to "get away from it all" and step back to a simpler pace, this place is it.

We had a wonderful 1 night stay at Tamaras. She was so welcoming and loved our chat with her. I wish we could have stayed longer. I was actually so sad to have to leave her two dogs. They are just the best. Tamara recommended a restaurant which we planned to go to, but we came across a great BBQ place just up the road and went there. We definitely recommend that too. The room was just right for what we needed and we found the bed really comfortable. we would definitely stay again.
