Apartment holiday rentals in Saint Andrew Bay

This place was everything we were hoping it would be! We stayed for our honeymoon and I couldn’t have asked for a better spot! Very short walking distance to 3 beach accesses, quiet surroundings but still close to all of the popular restaurants and stores, and just all around a beautiful apartment! Terrah is one of the best hostess that we’ve ever had! I will not hesitate to stay here again!

This was our first big family vacation. It was everything we could have asked for and more. We always had something to do. The beach was fantastic. We walked to all of the restaurants and ice cream shops around. Only left the area a couple of times, otherwise everything we wanted was right there. Highly recommend staying here. The condo was beautiful, spacious, very clean. The view was great and I really appreciated there was a closet with beach toys, towels, chairs etc...

Best spot for a quick stay. Comfortable and affordable. Dog-friendly with a full kitchen. Very quick walk to the beach ~ the beach entrance is less than 20 steps from the front door. And Schooners is less than a 10 minute walk down the beach. Tracy was always quick to respond and helped us get checked in the late night of within 3 hours of booking the stay. Thanks Tracy!

I had a wonderful experience at the Luxe Pool Casita. The parking was amazing, with my own designated area. The path to my lodging was easily accessible. The place itself was beautiful, featuring a cute flamingo-themed room. Accessing the room was a breeze. There were plenty of towels and toiletries provided. The kitchen, though small, was excellent, and the refrigerator worked perfectly. The couch was comfortable for watching TV, and the bed was equally comfortable. The pool was incredibly relaxing. My only minor issue was the placement of the AC unit, but other than that, the AC and fans worked great. I would likely return and rent this place again!

Our stay was great! It’s a nice 4-5min walk to the beach and decent walk to other local bars and a coffee shop. We enjoyed that it wasn’t too far of a drive to our destinations. The outdoor shower was nice to have, and the covered patio area. Parking is tight depending on which space you book. And we could’ve used more things like tissue and paper towels for the length of our stay, but Walmart isn’t a far drive. Overall would definitely like to return!

We had a wonderful few days stay with our two dogs while we were in town for a concert. We had some stuff come up that made us a day late to check in and Kseniya made it extremely easy to resolve with her prompt and helpful responses. The place was beautiful and we all had a great time! Close proximity to the beach and plenty of cool nearby places to checkout with a short drive like rosemarys beach and alys beach! Would definitely come back again!

Great place, very close to the community pool and 2 minutes walk to the beach. The only issue we had was the unit above was pretty noisy all night long. I was able to install a white noise app on the TV to help kids not be woke up due to the activity. Host was great.

The room had a beautiful view and a large balcony.We saw some dolphins a few times,and some stingrays from the balcony.The room was clean and exactly as described.Alex was wonderful and responsive when we had any questions.He also allowed us to show up a hour early.We had our own stuff,but if needed there is a closet full of umbrellas and beach toys.I would definitely recommend this place to anybody,and if I come back to pcb,I will likely try to stay here again.

I really enjoyed staying here and Yana was very responsive as well as super kind. The place looks exactly like the photos and was very clean. It has everything that you need for your stay. Also, it was super close to the beach and local restaurants. Highly recommend that you stay here if you are in the Panama City area!

Beautiful condo and was perfect for our trip to PCB for Thunder Beach Rally. Condo was clean, comfortable and the beach views were beautiful. The place is very secure with friendly security staff at the gate. Great little tiki bar by the pool. I would definitely recommend!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was well kept and offered a sense of relaxation. It had an amazing view of the ocean. The condo was in walking distance of many restaurants and shopping places. Thank you for a great time.

Joe communicated with us the entire trip to and extremely helpful. Location was great loved the balcony watched scenic views of a rainbow over the ocean nights with full moon’s crystal water quiet and peaceful. Place was clean and efficient easy walk to the beach close to lots of popular restaurants hope to revisit again Thanks Joe

Absolute stunning view from the balcony. Definitely my favorite part. Josh was so helpful with dinner accommodations when we couldn’t find what we wanted, so thank you so so much for that! The lot was super easy to find and get into. Perfect for my family. They also had everything we would need there as well, including beach chairs and even a beach blanket with an umbrella!! We’ll most definitely be back to Maria’s place for sure! THE best trip🫶🏻

Room was great. Great view and only couple minutes to walk to Pier Park. Has everything you need. Well differently stay again.

My husband and I had an amazing time. Quick walk to the beach and the pool. Jerri was very informative and responded promptly.

Our stay was just what we needed. A great place to relax, quick walk to the beach, pet-friendly, and easy walk to Pier Park where we ate several times and went to a movie one afternoon. We loved having our pup with us. The dog park was so convenient. We also visited the dog beach several times. (We drove to the dog beach because of the heat and distance for our pup). Be prepared for traffic. Sometimes finding a parking space at the rental was a challenge, but we came Memorial Day weekend and it was really busy in the area. After the weekend, there were more parking spots. The complex was clean and people are very friendly. We had a great week!

Fantastic stay! DeAnn was responsive to the few questions we had ahead of our stay. The renovations to the space put this as one of the premier units at Edgewater. Staff at Edgewater were great, as well!

Really gorgeous location and definitely worth what we paid. The dryer didn’t work the best and takes two cycles to dry tee shirts and towels. You might also want to bring facial tissue/Kleenex as there isn’t any and some extra trash bags. The beach area was quieter than other locations which we really liked. We pretty much had the pool to ourselves at night. There is a small gas station/convenience store right across the street and a Waffle House and a couple of breakfast spots within easy walking distance.

Nice pool area, well kept condo that was clean and very nice. Not very walkable to restaurants but that's to be expected in PCB. PCB is spread out with plenty of parking. We would stay again for sure.
