Het huis was heerlijk ruim, het uitzicht prachtig. We konden met onze hond zo vanuit de tuin de wijngaarden en boomgaard inlopen voor een prachtige wandeling. Toen het regende, konden we in de ruime zitkamer zitten. Ook het zwembad was zeer de moeite waard. We kregen zelfs een fiets te leen van Alex, de zoon van Lucien.

We spent two amazing weeks at the Olive Tree with our spaniel. The gite was very welcoming with its enclosed decking for those star gazing evenings and private secluded garden ( completely secure for dogs) for chilling by the pool. Veronique has thought of everything you need for your stay and with lots of great recommendations for food and activities. The only restaurant in town Le P’tit Flaujaguais is a short walk from the gite and is a definite must to visit (but do book first). There is plenty to do with bike hire, canoeing and the many walking trails around the area. We found it very hard to leave this beautiful place.

Le logement de Vanessa et Sébastien est tout simplement superbe : d'une propreté irréprochable, parfaitement entretenu, et situé dans un cadre paisible et enchanteur. L'accueil chaleureux qu'ils réservent à leurs hôtes vous fait immédiatement sentir comme chez vous. Une expérience inoubliable que je recommande sans hésiter !

Ce petit studio est idéal pour se reposer. Très bien équipé, literie très confortable. La piscine est très agréable. Stéphane et Karine sont très accueillants et disponibles . Parking sur place très appréciable pour les motards !

Logement cosy en plein Périgord noir dans un environnement paisible . Belle superficie et magnifique terrasse . Lydia et Julien sont très sympathiques et malgré un long pont de jours fériés , ils ont tenu à venir voir si tout était ok pour nous . Accueil avec une bouteille de vin . Le linge et les draps qui sentent merveilleusement bon . Par contre , wifi un peu juste pour du télétravail. Je recommande.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in einem wunderbaren ruhigen großen Park. Die Rosen duften und die Terrasse bietet viel Platz zum entspannen. Die Vögel hört man abends sowie die Frösche am Teich… es waren tolle drei Tage, ein perfekter Abschluss nach der Stadt.

Suzon was the most amazing friendly host. She welcomed us into her home and made our stay very enjoyable. The gite was perfect for us, equipped kitchen, comfortable and outdoor cooking facilities. Lovely pool area. Nice and quiet. Beautiful walks. We were invited to a wine tasting evening and Suzon was a fantastic host and cooked the most beautiful ‘French tapas’! Great stay, thank you.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison, parfaitement adaptée pour une famille avec enfants… et même un chien ! Tout était d’une propreté impeccable à notre arrivée. La maison est très bien équipée, il ne manquait rien, et la literie est vraiment confortable. L’agencement des pièces est très pratique, et avec le beau temps, nous avons pu pleinement profiter de la piscine et du jacuzzi — un vrai plus ! La localisation est idéale pour visiter la région. Un grand merci aux hôtes pour leur accueil et la qualité de la prestation !

Wonderful home in the small charming town of Monségur. Host was easy to communicate with and attentive. Nice kitchen allowing us to cook one evening. Home exactly as described.

Honestly one of the most spectacular places I have ever stayed at we didn’t want to leave! Absolutely gorgeous and serene. There is a calmness to the area and everything in the house made it so easy. Our family had a magical time here and Jil was incredible. So helpful and kind. It was like visiting and staying at an old friend’s. The town was beautiful with very friendly people. Jil and Thomas have thought of everything you might need to the stereo system outside to the bbq and electric shutters for a perfect night sleep. We can’t wait to come back again and make it a tradition to stay here! 😍

It’s difficult to describe how special this place is! Situated on a beautiful property, the apartment is accessed through a gate into a courtyard and feels very private. (The place does share the courtyard with two other rental units, which were empty when we were there but it might have felt less private had they been occupied.) A converted barn, the apartment is cozy and unique with beautiful, thoughtful touches throughout. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and cooking in the well-appointed kitchen was a pleasure. Hosts are wonderful - warm and welcoming, and available and helpful without being intrusive. They even offered to bake us a savory pie on arrival and happily donated some butter to make our daughter’s birthday cake as the nearby shops were closed. We would love to come back one day and be able to swim and spend more time outdoors - as it was, our daughter loved exploring the yard and woods, filled with delightful surprises. A gem!

Amazing place for three generations to stay while attending a local wedding. Pool was great and the setting is fantastic. When we had a small issue, they went above and beyond to get it fixed very quickly. We will dream of the place forever!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment dans la maison de Christian et Anne-Sophie. Christian a répondu rapidement aux questions et la maison est confortable et entièrement équipée. C'est un endroit parfait pour explorer la région, de Bergerac à Bordeaux en un peu plus d'une heure et aussi par exemple le château d'Ilja Gord pour une visite des vignobles. We hebben een fijne tijd gehad in het huis van Christian en Anne-Sophie. Christian reageerde snel op vragen en het huis is comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het is een perfecte plaats om de omgeving te verkennen, van Bergerac tot zelfs Bordeaux op ruim een uur en het ook bijvoorbeeld het Chateau van Ilja Gord voor een wijntour.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein wunderschönes, charmantes Anwesen mit alten, kühlen Gebäuden. Schade, dass es nur ein Zwischenstopp für eine Nacht war! Die Kommunikation war prima. Zudem: Sylvain hat uns eine spannende Einführung in seine Weinproduktion gegeben und wir durften einige wunderbare Weine erwerben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

We stayed for 11 nights and it was pure bliss! Jonathan was extremely helpful with everything, very friendly and we had a wonderful time staying there , the wine was excellent too. My wife , our dog and myself will definitely be back !

Beautiful quiet place with splendid view on top of a hill surrounded by a few kind of people. The hostess was very responsive and kind.

Excellent WE passé dans le logement d’Elodie ! Nous étions un petit groupe d’amies et avons pu bien profiter de la région et de la maison ! Rien à redire et Élodie est une très sympathique hôte, à l’écoute et réactive. Je reviendrai et je recommande vivement :)

I rented this home to enjoy some family and friend time away from otherwise hectic French travel. This was perfect! It felt like staying in the home of a dear friend or family member. And, the host recommended a private chef who provided cooking lessons and a birthday luncheon! Unforgettable!! Unlike any other Airbnb property for its charming hosts, the beautiful character of the property and the amenities we enjoyed. Lots of nearby wineries, Bergerac had great charm and food, boat ride on the Dordogne, and more. No one wanted to leave! We hope to return!! Merci beaucoup, Karen & Charlie!!

We loved staying with Stephanie. The gite is modern, tastefully decorated and has everything you need. The view of the vineyards is beautiful and we enjoyed our walks through them. In terms of location it’s perfect for exploring the local area, we followed many of Stephanie’s tips and they were always spot on. We’d love to come back again next time we’re in the area.

Séjour exceptionnel dans un cadre idyllique. Jean-Baptiste nous a mis tout de suite à l'aise offrant de nombreux conseils pour rendre notre séjour des plus plaisants. Le petit déjeuner préparé par Irène est délicieux et la présentation impeccable. Je recommande sans réserve cette adresse. La tente/yurte offre aussi une autre option pour tout voyageur désireux de dormir sans les étoiles.
