You will find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay in this quiet area on the banks of the Cher, a 5-minute walk to the city center, in the heart of the Loire Valley castles, on the Saint Jacques de Compostela route, close to Tours and close to the exhibition park (Grand Hall).

It will be the perfect base from which to discover Touraine, the Loire, its castles, and its vineyards. You will be 20 minutes from the historic center of Tours, 10 minutes from Amboise and 45 minutes from Beauval Zoo. The 125 m2 cottage sleeps 8. Outside, you will enjoy two southwest-facing terraces, a petanque court and a 600 m2.

A terrace equipped with sun loungers and dining tables will seduce you. All close to all shops and three minutes from the historic center of Tours.

You will enjoy a sunny terrace and the wooded garden of 6000 m². We will be happy to welcome you and share with you our knowledge of Touraine (many tourist brochures available in the house).

The accommodation, upstairs of a house, includes two 15 m² bedrooms (double beds) with a bathroom and private toilet. Available on the same level, an equipped mezzanine: kitchenette, non-convertible sofa, table, 2 refrigerators, microwave, classic mini oven, two coffee makers (one with filters, the other with Nespresso, Dolce Gusto or Senséo capsules), kettle.
