Holiday rentals with beach access in Saint-Aygulf, Var

Pascal ist ein ein wunderbarer super freundlicher Gastgeber, den man sich besser nicht wünschen kann. Der Aussenbereich des Apartments ist besonders hervorzuheben und modern, grosszügig und schön gemacht. Wirkt sehr neu.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Émilies kleinem Appartement. Von der Waschmaschine bis zum WLAN war alles da. Die Lage ist überragend und man kann alles ohne Auto erreichen: Strand, Bars, Supermarkt, Boulangerie etc. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl, da alles vorhanden ist und man trotzdem in einer ruhigen Gegend mit eigenem Parkplatz wohnt. Am Abend saßen wir vor dem Appartement und hatten einen schönen Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Der kostenlose Tennisplatz und der Pool waren ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt und wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!

Marie Laure et Daniel sont deux personnes bienveillantes et pleins de gentillesse oui .... L'appartement est vraiment bien , proche de tout , Fréjus est une ville sublime ... c'est calme il y a crique juste en bas .. Ce sont des hôtes formidables oui les meilleurs durant mes nombreux voyages ... Foncez les yeux fermés chez eux

Super Wohnung für 2-3 Personen, mit allem nötigen ausgestattet, hübscher Balkon, toller Blick aufs Meer. Straßengeräusche der Uferstraße haben uns nicht gestört. Sehr gut zu erreichen. Guter Ausgangspunkt in alle Richtungen. Auto notwendig. Super Kontakt zur sehr freundlichen Vermieterin. Insgesamt toller Aufenthalt

It was a lovely house with a gated off private parking area with sun loungers and BBQ. the flat is upstairs of the house with two balconies and 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a huge kitchen/dining/ living space . it was stylish and clean. very comfortable.the host very responsive. shops restaurants and beach is in walking distance. the flat actually looks better than on the pictures. Also has plenty games to entertain the whole family. one small detail is missing from being perfect is a second toilet. we have only stayed 2 nights but could easily spend a week there, it feels like a home away from home.

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans le logement de Laure. L’arrivée est flexible et le maison est facile à trouver. La maison était propre et nous avions même eu droit à du café, des capsules de lave vaisselle et une pour la machine à laver. C’était très bien car je n’y avait pas pensé en arrivant. Le logement se trouve à proximité d’une pharmacie, Super U, boulangerie et de plusieurs resto. Stationnement facile dans la rue. L’hôte était très réactive et a répondu parfaitement à mes questions, merci à elle. Je pense que nous reviendrons l’année prochaine à cette même période pour le Roc D’azur

Nous avons passé un super séjour et l'appartement de Cathy était très bien placé. Encore mieux que sur les photos. Cathy a été très réactive et souple au niveau des horaires. Katia qui nous a reçu pour les clés était sympathique. Tout à proximité. Adresse que l'on garde de côté et à partager.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa située au sein d’une résidence privée. La vue sur la Méditerranée y est splendide. La plage se trouve à environ 15 minutes à pied, ce qui est très pratique. Nous avons également bien profité de la piscine, qui était chauffée et traitée au sel, ainsi que des équipements de loisirs : tennis de table, pétanque… La résidence possède aussi un terrain de tennis. Notre séjour a aussi été l’occasion de découvrir les environs : Sainte-Maxime, Saint-Tropez, Cannes et Monaco. Un grand merci à Laeticia pour sa disponibilité, ainsi qu'à la personne en charge de la piscine pour sa gentillesse.

we found the place felt like it was right out of a movie set from somewhere exotic. beautiful pool and surroundings. was perfect for 4 kids and 2 adults and the beach was also within walking range. thank you Carolane and Jerome for the best experience of the South of France.

Die Wohnung von Frédérique ist sehr schön, liebevoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Man erreicht die schönen Strände in ein paar Minuten und auch Supermarkt und Bäckereien sind sehr nah. Frédérique ist sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und hat super geklappt. Wir können das Haus empfehlen und würden auch selbst wieder buchen.

Notre séjour à Fréjus s'est très bien déroulé grâce au logement de Laure. tout y est fonctionnel et très bien aménagé. La flexibilité de Laure est un réel plus, tant sur les horaires que l'acceptation des animaux. nous recommandons ! merci encore

Séjour parfait dans cette maison idéalement placée et très calme. La résidence privée où se trouve la maison était, au mois de mai, très tranquille. Vue parfaite, pas de vis-à-vis, le bruit de la voie ferrée est très atténués par la distance et n'est absolument pas dérangeant. La plage est accessible à pied mais cela vaut le coup de pousser un peu plus loin pour éviter d'être collé à la route côtière qui la serre de près. Bref, nous avons passé un très bon moment et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

Appartement conforme à la description. Les hôtes étaient très accueillant et réactif et nous ont offert des bonbons, boissons. Seul petit bémol : les voisins ont été extrêmement bruyant toute la nuit, c'était impossible de dormir.

I stayed with my partner for two nights. Manon was very responsive all the time. The appartment was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The most amazing part of our stay was the view of the port from the appartment. It is located on a private neighbourhood and has free parking inside. It is also very close to other attractions like Sain Tropez, the center of Grimaud and nice beaches. Would definately recommend staying there.

Really nice place if you like it calm. If you come without a car, bike rental is something to consider. I very much enjoyed the garden, Pierre and his colleague were always supportive and approachable.

Endroit agréable et reposant, avec une vue incroyable 🤩. Très bon séjour.
