Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. La Petite Maison – Perche Effect

Come and experience the beauty, simplicity and calm of the Percheron countryside in a carefully decorated house. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Ground floor, City center house, 50 m2, 1 to 4 people

50 m2 single-story townhouse with private entrance. A large living room with open and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, induction stove, toaster, griddle), double sofa bed (140) or 2 extra beds (90 x 190), TV and living room area. 1 bedroom with a double bed (140) Bathroom, separate private toilet Private car park Outdoor area with garden furniture Sheets, duvets, pillows... are provided. Bring your own toiletries.

Country house

House in the countryside but close to the city center (1 km) with shops and all services (cultural center, aquatic center 10 km away) This accommodation has a living room with equipped kitchen, sitting area with pellet stove heating and a laundry room. On the ground floor, you will also find a bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom. Upstairs, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with two single beds and a shared bathroom

Very nice 13th century tower.

This accommodation has a lot of history since the construction dates back to the 13th century. After some work to bring it up to date, you will have the opportunity to stay in a cozy and charming cocoon. You will find on the ground floor a small equipped kitchen, a living area with fireplace (non-functional), on the first floor a bedroom with sofa bed and open bathroom and on the second floor a second bedroom with a double bed and a desk.

Old presbytery, heated pool, wooded garden

Our former presbytery is located in a very small village in the Perche Sarthois, two hours from Paris. Built mostly in the 18th century, it was enlarged in 1860. Completely and recently renovated, it has lost neither its charm nor its soul. It has a secure and heated swimming pool and a large 3000 m2 wooded garden divided into several spaces. The house is certified "3-star furnished tourist accommodation"

La ptite maison

The little house! It's a nice house decorated in a natural spirit with its very flowery garden. It is located in a charming village located between the Loir Valley (Coteaux du Loir vineyards...) and the Loire Valley castles: Blois, Chambord, Cheverny (Tintin), Amboise... But also close to Breuil Aerodrome, Beauval Zoo, Lavardin, Manoir de la Possonnière (Ronsard), Troo (cave village)

La Ferme de Haute Forêt, a rural cottage in the Loir Valley, a place of intense relaxation overlooking a green plain of fields and woods! Old farmhouse renovated with noble materials in respect of the traditions of the area. Cozy, 3 bedrooms with individual bathrooms, warm living room and very well-equipped American kitchen.

With beautiful views of the countryside, the gite with stairs is 45 minutes from Le Mans, one hour from the Loire Castles, Beauval Zoo. On-site lake, lots of walks and shops. Horseback riding 5 minutes away. Large parking on site. Possibility to have a gourmet slate to order in advance.
