Situated just 20 minutes from Des Moines airport, and 25 minutes from downtown Des Moines, you will be able to experience the quiet and beautiful scenery to enjoy.

Beautiful historic duplex house in the heart of woodland heights. Walking distance to downtown and next to Ingersoll avenue which is full of shops, bars, restaurants and more. Our place allows 2 parking spots on site with a side entrance to your upstairs Airbnb. The 800+ sq ft space includes a private kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room, and balcony with views of downtown. Picnic table and grassy area below balcony can be used on those nice Iowa days.

White Oak Hillside Oasis

Our 3 bedroom hilltop 1950’s home with wonderful views of the capital and city of Des Moines is the perfect place for your stay. Nestled just south of downtown in a quiet historic Italian neighborhood, you are within walking distance from a world class brewery, bars, restaurants and miles of walking and biking trails surrounding Gray’s Lake. We are within a few miles of everything else that the downtown area of Des Moines has to offer!

The Cozy Cottage

We are located 2 miles off I 35 in Decatur City. 10 minutes from Graceland College in Lamoni. 10 minutes from Little River Lake and have parking for boats and outdoor outlet available for charging boat batteries. We love cozy uncluttered spaces to rent and our goal for this Airbnb was to create that for our guests. We offer complimentary bottled water, coffee, tea ,snacks and toiletries.
