You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

Ideally located, you can enjoy various tourist sites in Gironde, Charentes-Maritimes or Dordogne (Bordeaux, St Emilion, Blaye, Royan, Sarlat...). 2 sets of linens are provided. Hi , I welcome you to my home, in a charming outbuilding of the house, for a stay in the heart of the vineyards in the village of Grézillac, 15 minutes from Saint Émilion. The house consists of a large living room, kitchen, bedroom with bathtub and garden. Ideally located, in addition to the wine landscapes you can easily go to Bordeaux, the Arcachon Bay or Dordogne.
