Self contained, well stocked studio adjoining our home with your own entrance, spacious large lounge with desk and TV (Netflix etc), bedroom (Queen bed), ensuite bathroom, full kitchen (fridge with small freezer, stove top and kitchen equipment. Cooking oils etc, as well as tea & coffee are supplied). Bus stops close by.

Newly built lovely and warm with spectacular views of the harbour & city from beautiful Vauxhall Bay. Queen bed and separate room for your luggage. Basic breakfast supplies Parking for 2 cars under the house. Must walk up 22 steps to the front door. No infants, babies, toddlers or children and only TWO guests to stay please.

This home was such a fantastic find - beautiful view, setup fantastically inside, easy to check in and out. Our favourite thing about the house is the vibe the owners have created AND it is even better in real life than in the listing. We have a few trips to Dunedin planned and hope to return we had such a great stay.

During our full-time travels we tend to seek out lodging that is unique, and the old converted Sunday school hall/now glasshouse was just that! Tessa is an exceptional host. We spent a wonderful evening with her learning about the transformation of this beautiful space. Furnishings are stylish and very comfortable. Location is in a quiet residential neighborhood, just a 5-10 minute drive to the St. Clair beach area, downtown Dunedin or the start of the scenic Otago Peninsula drive.
