With its own terrace, it is away from the noise but close to everything, from Lyon (30 minutes by bus, stop 100 m away) as well as shops, restaurants and walks along the Saône. A quiet corner to rest and discover the charms of old Rochetaillée, close to the guinguettes and the Monts d'Or.

Your vehicle can be parked inside the property. The house is very quiet and bright.
