Vous disposerez de une terrasse, jardin Parking x 2 voitures,le lieu parfait pour visiter nôtre région! Idéale couple avec 2 enfants ou 3 adultes. Restaurant 1mn à pied, boucherie, boulangerie épiceries 1mn, Carrefour 10mn , Bordeaux 45mn, bassin Arcachon océan 1h22. A bientôt !

Capacité de couchage de 4 personnes, séjour avec cuisine équipée, chambre avec lit double et coin bureau. Salle d'eau attenante à la chambre. WC séparés. La maison bénéficie d'une grande terrasse aménagée avec plancha et transats pour profiter des belles soirées. Gare à 15 minutes.

Enjoy an attic studio and its exteriors (garden, pool). This one is attached to our house in a quiet area. In town, away from the traffic of the center you will be at the edge of the vineyards of Pomerol, close to Lake Dagueys, its beach and its aquatic center the "Calinésie". A shopping mall is 800 meters away, the train station and the city center are 7 minutes away. Between Fronsac (9 min) and Saint Emilion (12 min) it is the perfect base for any castle visit.

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts.
