You will have a nice view of our vineyards and a large living room. For your comfort, sheets and towels are provided as well as breakfast essentials and fresh eggs from our hens. Outside, you can enjoy summer evenings by the barbecue on the terrace.

1 hour from Bordeaux, 25 minutes from Saint Emilion, 4 km from Cercoux, at the edge of the woods in this pretty little fully equipped studio (independent entrance (key box), kitchen and dining area, with basic necessities (coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, etc...) and all the linen, you will enjoy a peaceful setting next to the owners who will be at your disposal. Located in an old house, it is naturally air-conditioned for the heat.

Nice cozy and well-equipped studio

This pretty and very well-equipped studio was created to receive artists from the Awassô Artistic Center, and we rent it out the rest of the time. We live above and it is attached to the Center where there are dance classes every night of the week. So we're looking for friendly and open-minded tenants. Clearly, if you have a problem with noise (or Africa), this place is not for you!!! Otherwise, we'd love to host you!
