Nice little independent studio in a condominium close to all amenities in a quiet area of Saint-Denis allowing you to visit the North, East and West of the island as well as the cirques of MAFATE and SALAZIE, classified as UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The studio with its independent entrance is adjacent to our house, in a quiet cul-de-sac very close to the city center. Guests can freely enjoy the swimming pool and terrace where we will be happy to meet you. You will have the essentials for breakfast (coffee, tea, sugar, jam, butter) and the essentials for cooking (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper...). Less than 100 m away you will find a bakery and a convenience store.

Le studio de 24m2 + son patio de 16m2 est niché sur les hauteurs de Saint-Denis à 200 m d'altitude, dans un environnement calme et paisible. Le studio est mitoyen à la résidence principale et à une autre dépendance louée en airbnb. La piscine et les transats sont partagés avec les autres locataires et nous même. Vous serez à mi chemin entre l'aéroport et le centre ville de Saint-Denis (6 km/15minutes).
