Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Saint-Didier-au-Mont-d'Or

The neighborhood is very quiet. The proximity of the neighbors (who share the garden) doesn't bother. These are seniors. The accommodation is nice. The living room/kitchen is beautiful, clean, well equipped. You can eat on the small terrace at the top of the stairs with a beautiful view of the Monts du Lyonnais. Despite the heat, the main room stays cool. The rooms are comfortable, quality mattress and king bed! The only downside is the toilets that are too small!

Beautiful accommodation with a small pool that does its job but an environment that makes you disconnect. we arrived by truck which could have been a problem to park but everything was done to be able to park safely thank you.

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful, quiet and clean house. The garden and the terrace were such a delight. Being 5 min from the city centre (by bus that just stopped outside) with a view over Lyon and the Alps and Mt. Blanc, and experiencing the quietness of the countryside with hens in the garden is something not to be missed. We had fresh eggs every morning! The hosts, Sam and Louis, are wonderful and professional in every respect. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with cheese, charcuterie and wine after being shown around the house, which is beautifully furnished with a high-tech kitchen, sound system and electrical shutters. The house can be extended to the terrace with large sliding doors. At the end of our week, the hosts gave us a ride to the train station (Perrace). This house is an absolute jewel, and I recommend it highly. I will definitely choose Sam and Louis as hosts next time I go to Lyon!

We had a great family weekend for my cousin's 40th birthday. Cathy and her husband were very accommodating with the check-in and check-out times and welcomed us very warmly. The villa is sublime and fully equipped. We had everything we needed to have fun (swimming pool and inflatable buoys, darts, foosball, petanque, ping-pong, including the digestive walk in the garden with baby turtles or a nap on the catamaran nets). Congratulations to them for this incredible renovation (I enjoyed the anecdotes). The rooms were comfortable, no need to bring back either the sheets or the towels, our hosts take to heart the comfort of their visitors. Overall, the house was clean, with such a large area, the cleaning must be athletic. Small point to improve (because I am very allergic): it is precisely the dust and the hairs of the cats. Thanks again for everything!

This location was peaceful, outside the city, and on convenient bus lines. We had a car because we had two children under 2 and that gave us flexibility, but loved the public transportation. The pool was clean and we used it a bit but weather was still a bit cool in late May. The outside eating table was fun and we also had a covered eating and cooking area which we used in the rain but didn’t cooking because we were home too late most evenings.

We had a wonderful week with our friends and kids in Chateau de la Brally. The chateau is fantastic; beautiful, comfortable and fully equipped. Marine was very helpful and gave all instructions we needed during our arrival and always replied quickly during our communication. We would definitely like to visit another time and will recommend this place to anyone who likes to spend a great time in a fantastic place.

Hi, the place is perfect. It is large and well divided, clean and well decorated. It is located in a quiet area but a few streets on foot from the peninsula and the Parc de la Tête d 'Or. Parking is easily available on nearby streets. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. If I went back to Lyon, I would live at Guillaume's! Host is easy to reach and helpful. Thank you! Wow stay!

very quick stay with a self check-in at 2 a.m.! but thanks to Bertrand's instructions, serene arrival! everything was ready when we arrived, which allowed us to fall asleep peacefully and quickly! ideal location of the accommodation!

Highly recommend this lovely apartment! It had everything we needed for a two week stay. The bed was really comfortable and there was plenty of hot water in the shower (with great water pressure). The apartment does not have AC, but we were pleasantly surprised with how cool it remained. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Lyon. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The apartment is small and very cleverly divided. It radiates a dynamic, optimistic atmosphere. The furnishings are generous and allow real living with cooking and washing for 4 people. The description is fully met. Isabelle responded to all emails immediately, in a friendly and professional manner. Unfortunately, your explanation of the input codes was not fully translated. It was very tedious to find Isabelle's original information on the app. A weakness in Airbnb's communication, very unfortunate.

Marc apartment is perfect. He is very responsive and willing to help at anytime. Very thoughtful milk, rusks, orange juice, sparkling mineral water, biscuits and coffee pods for our use. Marc also generously offered his car parking space. Location is in a good neighbourhood, about a 15-20 minute walk to old town. Very comfortable apartment with everything you'll need. Bed is large and very comfortable. Very enjoyable stay in Lyon.

Such a wonderful house in a great location. Robin is an excellent host, very communicative and always helpful. This is their family home, not a minimalist second home used only for AirBnB purposes, but that makes it all the better. A property lovingly renovated into a peaceful and comfortable home. The photos don’t do it justice. Plenty of space for 7 adults and we all loved it. There is a small village 10 minutes walk away with a boulangerie and mini market with a fabulous farmers market on Sundays and Fridays throughout the summer. The public transport into Lyon is a bus and metro ride away and simple to navigate and cheap. We had great weather even at the end of September which meant the pool got a lot of use. 4 bedrooms were doubles and comfortable, the 5th has two singles in a bunk. Their cat stays while you are there and he is very friendly. Fully recommend staying there. (4 of 5 stars on cleaning because although it is very clean, some travellers prefer empty houses, but not us)

We had an incredible stay at this house! The property was extremely spacious, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their time. It was equipped with everything we needed. The garden was absolutely stunning and the swimming pool was lovely. It was clean, well-sized, and offered a refreshing escape during the warm days. And Hervé was very friendly and had clear instructions about the house. I would recommend everybody this house!

The house was beautiful! We were three families with young children and this house was perfect. Large rooms, comfortable beds and a really well-equipped kitchen. The summer living room was also very pleasant and that's where we spent most of our evenings. The exterior was very impressive, a large swimming pool and a huge garden with a trampoline. In fact, the view from the garden of Lyon and the Alps in the background was one of the absolute highlights and the photos don't do this property justice! The bus stop is right next to the house, which makes it easy to get around the city. The city itself is also great - not very big but everything you could ask for. Arielle was great - incredibly responsive and really accommodating to requests! Thank you - we had the best week and a wonderful vacation. I highly recommend it and I can't wait to go back!

A beautiful, comfortable and spacious house with splendid views of the Lyonnais Mountains. Very quiet with shops within walking distance. Sébastien and Sylvain were very responsive to our requests and they were sure we had arrived safely. Our dog Stormy also found the stay comfortable with a fenced garden. Our two teenagers enjoyed the large bathroom and comfortable bedrooms. The hot tub is a plus and pleasant after a day of walking. Thank you .

We are delighted with our stay: very nice and very well-equipped house, with a magnificent view, beautiful sunsets and a beautiful brand new pool. The house matches the photos and description given, and our stay really met our expectations. We also very much appreciated the location, both very close to the center of Lyon but in a quiet and green setting, very relaxing and exotic for the holidays, with beautiful walks to do in the area. The welcome from Marion's parents upon our arrival was very friendly and warm, as was the contacts with Marion and Renaud, especially when we left. Thank you for the very kind attention upon our arrival and for your help and availability much appreciated during the stay and even after our departure (thank you again for very kindly reporting and sending us a forgotten item). The place is exceptional! Furnished with great taste, very clean and well maintained. We felt at home and on vacation! Everything is well thought out, lots of consumables in the house for our comfort. We will be back!
