The Perchoir des Graves

Come and experience an unusual night in complete privacy and take a break perched in the heart of the Pessac-Léognan vineyards. This tree house perched more than 5 meters high in an oak grove with jacuzzi and reading net will allow you to relax and enjoy the view of the vineyards. The accommodation is located 500 meters from Sources de Caudalie, 20 minutes from Bordeaux, less than an hour from Arcachon and about 30 minutes from Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport. Breakfast is included!

Sleep with your head in the stars and your feet in the wine in our vat. Come and spend an unusual night in the heart of the Entre Deux Mers in a completely atypical and romantic accommodation. Located within our wine estate, you can visit and taste our production. Breakfast with local products is included in the booking. Restaurant open from June to September on weekends (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) A jacuzzi is available for an extra fee for the entire stay.

In the large garden of the owners, enjoy a pleasant studio equipped with its terrace and independent entrance. Parking in front of the house (wide sidewalk, possibility of 2 cars). The owners have dogs, chickens, rabbits. Ping pong table. Outdoor gas grill on request, to be returned cleaned. Hiking trail nearby. Castles to visit. Several nearby restaurants, as well as small shops. Libourne 5 min, Saint-Emilion 15 min. Close to the A10, A89.

You will love the exceptional location of my apartment: the windows to the east and west allow you to see the sunrise AND sunset over the city and, the rest of the time, it is bathed in light. Come and experience an adventure in the Hippie-House in the heart of the forest, on the banks of the Garonne. A simple and authentic place, very quiet and soothing in a preserved nature of 9 hectares with a view of the Garonne valley and the forest canopy. This one is composed of a double bed and a double bed for children. Another cabin has a shared equipped kitchen as well as a shower area and dry toilet.
