Welcome to our home! :-) We have equipped our apartment while trying to preserve its character (old building). It is conveniently located, in the heart of the very dynamic and multicultural Saint-Michel district (15 min walk to the train station and at the confluence of the four tram lines of Bordeaux), between the Saint-Michel Basilica and the Capucins covered market (open every morning except Monday). A tram connects to the airport. We entrust you with our adorable cat Hermès :) .

The Perchoir des Graves

Come and experience an unusual night in complete privacy and take a break perched in the heart of the Pessac-Léognan vineyards. This tree house perched more than 5 meters high in an oak grove with jacuzzi and reading net will allow you to relax and enjoy the view of the vineyards. The accommodation is located 500 meters from Sources de Caudalie, 20 minutes from Bordeaux, less than an hour from Arcachon and about 30 minutes from Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport. Breakfast is included!

Cozy studio with a hot tub and a comfortable terrace

We welcome you with great pleasure to our private, independent and unoverlooked studio in the middle of the vineyards. It is located on the road to the castles, close to MARGAUX, and its classified great vintages. It consists of a pleasant 20 m² room offering all the necessary comforts (kitchenette, living room, large 160 bed, shower room and toilet, linen provided). You will have the opportunity to enjoy a private terrace of 50 m², (with jacuzzi) and a private entrance.

Do you dream of authenticity and are you sensitive to art? You will love the exceptional location of my apartment: the windows to the east and west allow you to see the sunrise AND sunset over the city and, the rest of the time, it is bathed in light. Maison ARBO, voted a favorite ♥️ of the Best of Wine Tourism 2024! This old renovated barn is located in the heart of our Vineyard, above the Cellar. Close to Saint-Émilion and restaurants. You will have a nice view of our vineyards and a large living room. For your comfort, sheets and towels are provided as well as breakfast essentials and fresh eggs from our hens. Outside, you can enjoy summer evenings by the barbecue on the terrace.

In the owners' large garden, enjoy a pleasant equipped studio with its terrace and independent entrance. Parking in front of the house (wide sidewalk, possibility 2 cars). The owners have dogs, chickens, rabbit. Ping-pong table. Outdoor gas plancha on request, to be cleaned. Hiking trail nearby. Castles to visit. Several nearby restaurants, as well as small shops.
