Celui-ci se tient à 2km du village Bourg-Argental. Il est situé sur un versant Sud-Est vous offrant une vue sur la nature verdoyante, au cœur du Parc Naturel du Pilat. Le gîte est d'une superficie de 75 m2 se composant d'une pièce de vie avec une cuisine toute équipée, trois chambres et deux salles d'eau.

On the heights of Roisey, between Pélussin and Maclas, at the end of a cul-de-sac, our vacation rental has found refuge in an old 18th century farmhouse, classified by the Heritage Foundation. It is a remarkable natural site located just below the Crêt de l'Œillon and the "Trois dents"; it faces the valleys of the Rhône, the Drôme and the Alps. Through the many surrounding paths, you can discover a strong and still preserved nature. It's completely peaceful.

The cottage has a living room with equipped kitchenette serving two bedrooms and a bathroom/wc. It is in the continuation of the main house with independent access and entrance. Parking.

House located in a hamlet in the countryside between Monts du Forez and Gorges de la Loire, 20 minutes from Saint Etienne and Saint-Bonnet-Le-Château, about 1 hour from Lyon and Clermont-Ferrand, 1 hour 15 minutes from Puy en Velay, come and rest, hike or mountain bike, many paths from the cottage. Fred and Annie welcome you to their cottage, adjoining their home."Gite le tilleul" is an old family house renovated by them. It is 2.5 km from the village of Bourg-Argental. The cottage has an area of 150 m2 with a shaded terrace, its south-east exposure offers a panorama of the Alps on a clear day.
