Nice quiet and comfortable apartment on the first floor of my house in the heart of the countryside, it is conveniently located near Annecy and Aix-les-Bains, between lakes and mountains. 30 min drive to the "Revard" and "Semnoz" resorts, two small ski resorts for family skiing. The chalet is perfect for a couple or a family , ideally located between lakes and mountains and only 15 kms or so from Annecy and Aix-Les-Bains. The Bauges Massif offers lots of activities like cross-country and downhill skiing , biking or horse riding ….. Notre chalet indépendant, sans vis à vis, entre lacs et montagnes est idéal pour les couples amoureux de la nature désirant se ressourcer au calme. A 650 m d'altitude, la vue à 180° depuis la terrasse est exceptionnelle sur les montagnes environnantes. On peut y observer fréquemment des rapaces et autres oiseaux ainsi que de grands animaux ( cerfs, biches ) selon la saison. Le chalet ne convient pas aux enfants ni aux bébés.
