Nice little studio in an outbuilding of my property Very quiet and close to the city center i put my heart into preparing you for a pleasant stay We are a 12 minute walk to Niort market and its 12th century dungeon downtown the road a few light climbs and descents very nice walk by the river Sèvres, close to a supermarket. 3 min from the ring road and the center of NORON. 15 min from Poitevin Marsh. 40 minutes from La Rochelle.

Small studio (18 m2), rated 2 stars, brand new (homestay). Furnished in the back part of my house , its private entrance is roadside, through the garden, with a lockbox. Its terrace is independent , so we don't have to meet . There is just a connecting door with my living room (of course locked) . It is located in a brand new subdivision (the little vineyard) in Niort, Cholette district.
