The lodge is located on a large wooded lot of more than 2 hectares. The structure is 3 m high, accessible by a staircase, it is 30 m2 interior and 25 m2 of partially sheltered terrace. The mill house

At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool and jacuzzi. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions. Satin sheets and towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and a large cooking piano. Fiber internet connection.

The mill is located on a wine estate, 15 to 30 minutes from the classified grand crus of St Estèphe, Pauillac, Margaux Close to the ocean beaches of Hourtin, Montalivet, Soulac (25 to 40 minutes) Bordeaux is 1 hour away.
