Great weekend at Stéphane's, we came for the Royan marathon. The apartment is located less than 5 minutes from the really royal starting line. Cozy and very comfortable apartment. We enjoyed the terrace on the 5th floor with a panoramic view of Royan. Bakery and convenience store 200 m away, really convenient. Great location, very quiet residence. We'll be there again.

Parking space. Sea view and sea 100 m away. Valerie's kindness and her little attention. 5 min walk to the beautiful beach of Pontaillac, its restaurants and shops. Conclusion: it was perfect, you can go there with your eyes closed.

We were very satisfied with our previous stays, so we came back again. The apartment is very well equipped, clean, in a quiet residence away from traffic noise. Highlights: Sheets and towels provided, private parking space, elevator, key box, a very large closet. Ronan is very responsive and gives very precise explanations.

The apartment has an amazing amount of light and is very confortable. The kitchen well equipped. From here we could walk to the beach, to the Corniche, to the bakery, to the market and to some really nice shops in Royan. We even walked to the cinema though it was a bit far. A great location to get to enjoy Royan.

I am particularly satisfied with my stay in this very beautiful, well-equipped and decorated studio, 10 meters from the beach of Grande Conche, quiet, with a beautiful terrace and a parking space. Very nice environment and very welcoming and friendly neighbors. As for Alexandre, he is super responsive and very friendly. I'll go back next year, no question.

Beautiful studio, very clean and well-equipped, with a good real bed and a small terrace. Well located, close to the beaches of Vaux-sur-Mer and Saint-Palais, easily accessible on foot as well as shops. We also enjoyed the quiet, the view of the trees framing a small piece of sea and the reserved parking. In addition, the host welcomes us in person, for once it is not a key box, it is appreciable.

We had a lovely stay at Miléna's, the accommodation is very functional and pleasant, everything was very clean and well maintained. We particularly appreciated the veranda overlooking a wooded area and a small piece of sea. Communication with Miléna was excellent, especially as she did everything she could to make hosting my parents easier despite transportation problems. The beach is very close and the shops of Saint-Georges are very accessible thanks to the bikes available and the many bike paths. Excellent!

A perfect weekend in a warm setting I had a great weekend in this absolutely perfect accommodation. Everything was there: impeccable cleanliness, optimal comfort, neat decoration, quiet and quality amenities. You feel at home there from the first few minutes. But what makes this stay truly exceptional is the hospitality of the hosts. A big thank you to the owner and her husband for their kindness, availability and benevolence. Their welcome was as warm as it was authentic, and you can feel that they put their whole heart into hosting.
